چكيده فارسي :
ﺑﺎ ﻣﺮوري ﺑﺮ ﻣﻔﺎﻫﯿﻢ اﺧﻼق ﮐﺎر، اﺧﻼق در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎي دوﻟﺘﯽ اﯾﺮان و دﯾﺪﮔﺎه اﺳﻼم، ﺑﺎ روش آزﻣﻮن ﺗﯽ ﺗﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اي و آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﯾﺪﻣﻦ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ و رﺗﺒﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي اﻣﺎﻧﺖ داري، ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ، ﻓﺪاﮐﺎري، ﺗﻌﺎون و آداب ﻣﻌﺎﺷﺮت در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎي دوﻟﺘﯽ اﯾﺮان ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﯿﻢ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻤﺎم ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎي دوﻟﺘﯽ اﯾﺮان ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد آن ﻫﺎ ﻧﺎﻣﺤﺪود ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ و ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان 384 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ اﻓﺮاد ﺑﻪ روش ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در دﺳﺘﺮس اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. روش ﮔﺮدآوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت در ﺑﻌﺪ ﻧﻈﺮي ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ اي و در ﺑﻌﺪ ﻋﻤﻠﯽ، ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ رواﯾﯽ آن ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﺗﻮﺳﻂ آزﻣﻮن آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻘﺪار 0,714 ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. در ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از آزﻣﻮن ﺗﯽ ﺗﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اي ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ ﻫﺎ و از آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﯾﺪﻣﻦ ﺟﻬﺖ رﺗﺒﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار spss اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺗﻤﺎم ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي اﺧﻼق در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎي دوﻟﺘﯽ اﯾﺮان از وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻧﺴﺒﺘﺎً ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ رﺗﺒﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي اﺧﻼق در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎي دوﻟﺘﯽ اﯾﺮان ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ اﻣﺎﻧﺖ داري؛ آداب ﻣﻌﺎﺷﺮت؛ ﺗﻌﺎون؛ ﻓﺪاﮐﺎري و ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
In this regard, the components of fiduciary, justice, sacrifice, cooperation, and etiquette in Iranian government organizations were examined and ranked through reviewing the work ethic concepts, ethics in Iranian government organizations as well as the Islamic perspective, using the one-sample t-test and Friedman test. The statistical population included all the staff of Iranian government organizations, whose number is unlimited, with the sample size of 384 selected by randomly available methods and based on Cochran formula. In theoretical terms, the data collection was done by library method and in practical terms, field study was employed. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used whose validity and reliability were confirmed by experts and Cronbach’s alpha test, respectively, with a reliability value of 0.714. In data analysis, one-sample t-test was employed for testing the hypotheses and Friedman test was used for ranking the components through using SPSS software. The results revealed that all ethics components in Iranian government organizations have a relatively favorable condition. Moreover, the ranking results showed that the ethics components in Iranian government organizations are ranked by priority as fiduciary, etiquette, cooperation, sacrifice, and justice, respectively
