چكيده فارسي :
عملكرد سردار سرافراز، شهيد حاج قاسم سليماني، نشأت گرفته از ايدئولوژي و مكتب انسان‌سازي است كه از آن به مكتب شهيد سليماني ياد شده و مقوله «انتظار راهبري» يكي از مهم‌ترين مؤلفه‌هاي اين مكتب شمرده مي‌شود. انتظار راهبردي در مكتب شهيد سليماني از ابعاد مختلفي قابل بررسي است كه پرداختن به بعد سياسي آن از اهميت ويژه‌اي برخوردار است. اين تحقيق به دنبال تبيين مباني و شاخصه‌هاي سياسي انتظار راهبردي در مكتب شهيد سليماني است. با نگاهي به سيره، رفتار و گفتار سردار شهيد سليماني مي‌توان مواردي نظير توحيد و حاكميت الهي، امامت و ولايت، تحقق عدالت، عقلانيت، اقدام و عمل‌گرايي، تكليف‌محوري و وظيفه‌گرايي و اعتقاد، ايمان و توكل را از مباني انتظار راهبردي در مكتب شهيد سليماني دانست كه بر پايه آن، شاخصه‌هاي سياسي انتظار راهبردي نيز در مواردي مانند ولايت‌مداري، جهاني انديشيدن، تمدن‌سازي اسلامي، اميدآفريني، بصيرت، عزت، استقلال، وحدت و همبستگي، جهاد همه‌جانبه و هميشگي، ظلم‌ستيزي، حق‌طلبي، ايثار و شهادت‌طلبي، مقاومت و استقامت، و در نهايت، تقويت دروني و آمادگي، قابل تصور است. نوع گردآوري اطلاعات در اين تحقيق، كتابخانه‌اي بوده و با روش توصيفي _ تحليلي به پاسخگويي به سؤال تحقيق، پرداخته است.

The performance of Sardar Sarafraz, Martyr Haj Qasem Soleimani, originates from the ideology and school of humanization, which is called the school of Martyr Soleimani and the category of "strategic expectation" is considered one of the most important components of this school. Strategic expectation in the school of Shahid Soleimani can be examined from different dimensions, and addressing its political dimension is of special importance. This research seeks to explain the principles and political characteristics of strategic expectation in the school of Shahid Soleimani. By looking at the manners, behavior and speech of Sardar Shahid Soleimani, we can see issues such as monotheism and divine sovereignty, Imamate and guardianship, realization of justice, rationality, action and pragmatism, central task and conscientiousness and belief, faith and trust from the principles of strategic expectation. In the school of Shahid Soleimani, he knew that according to it, the political characteristics of strategic expectation in cases such as orbital province, global thinking, Islamic civilization, creating hope, insight, dignity, independence, unity and solidarity, comprehensive and permanent jihad, oppression , The pursuit of rights, self-sacrifice and martyrdom, resistance and perseverance, and finally, inner strengthening and readiness, are conceivable. The type of data collection in this research is library and has answered the research question with a descriptive-analytical method.
