چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هدف: «اقتصاد در زندگي افراد جامعه، نقش بي‌بديلي را ايفا مي‌كند و به دليل برخورد مستقيم با زندگي مردم، اساسي بوده و به هيچ عنوان نمي‌توان آن‌را ناديده گرفت؛ به نحوي كه به نقل از معصومين، نابساماني در حوزه اقتصاد نه تنها باعث اخلال در حوزه‌هاي ديگر زندگي مي‌شود بلكه دين و معاد انسان را نيز تحت تأثير خود قرار مي‌دهد. هدف ما در اين تحقيق تبيين سياست جنايي ايران در مواجهه با جرايم اقتصادي از منظر حقوق موضوعه مي باشد».
مواد و روش ها: مقاله حاضر به شيوه توصيفي- تحليلي و ابزار تحقيق، فيش برداري از منابع كتابخانه اي مي باشد.
يافته ها:« برقراري و حفظ نظم اقتصادي در گرو مبارزه با اخلال‌گران در نظام اقتصادي و مجرمين اقتصادي است. مبارزه با جرايم اقتصادي هم موجب برقراري نظم اقتصادي مي‌شود و هم از آثار و تبعات مضر اختلال در اقتصاد كشور جلوگيري مي‌كند».
ملاحظات اخلاقي: از ابتدا تا انتهاي مقاله اصول صداقت و امانتداري عايت گرديده است.
نتيجه گيري: سياست جنايي ايران در قبال جرائم اقتصادي با چالش هاي عديده اي مواجه مي باشد. از اساسي ترين اين چالشها و ابهامات مي توان به عدم تبيين جامع و مانع از مفهوم و هدف جرايم اقتصادي، گستره پرونده ها، نحوه اتخاذ سياست كيفري و ميزان تناسب و اثربخشي آن اشاره نمود.

theme and purpose: The economy in the lives of the people of society plays an alternative role and cannot be ignored because of direct contact with the lives of the people, and cannot be ignored in any way, but also affected the religion and the resurrection of man. the aim of this study is to explain the criminal policy of iran in the face of economic crimes from the perspective.
Materials and methods: The present paper is descriptive - analytical and the research tool is one of the library sources.
Findings: " The establishment and maintenance of economic order in the fight against sabotage in the economic system and economic offenders is economic. the fight against economic crimes also causes economic order and prevents harmful effects of disturbance in the countrys economy.
Moral considerations: From the beginning to the end of the article, the principles of integrity and fiduciary duties have been established.
Conclusion: The criminal policy of Iran faces many challenges in the face of economic crimes. the most basic of these challenges and uncertainty can be pointed to the lack of comprehensive explanation of the concept and purpose of economic crimes, the extent of the cases, the way of adopting criminal policy and the degree of its suitability and effectiveness
