چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هدف: توسعه اقتصادي و نظام سياسي داراي آثار متقابلي بر يكديگر هستند. پژوهش حاضر درصدد بررسي نقش توسعه اقتصادي در حفظ نظام اسلامي از منظر فقهي و حقوقي است.
مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع كيفي و نظري است. روش استفاده شده نيز توصيفي-تحليلي و مراجعه به منابع اسنادي از جمله منابع فقهي است.
يافته‌ها: توسعه اقتصادي در اسلام در صورتيكه با ابتناء بر احياي موات و گسترش فرهنگ كار، بهره‌گيري از انفاق و نفي ربا، ترويج وقف و اعتدال و دوري از تجمل گرايي بنا شود، نتايج حقوقي مهمي از جمله رفع محروميت، فقرزدايي، ايجاد روابط مسالمت‌آميز ميان مردم، نفي وابستگي به بيگانگان، قدرتمند شدن نظام اسلامي و برقراري عدالت را در پي خواهد داشت.
ملاحظات اخلاقي: در پژوهش حاضر، امانت‌داري در استفاده از منابع و ارجاع‌دهي دقيق رعايت شده است.
نتيجه‌گيري: الگوي توسعه اقتصادي اسلامي كه در سايه امنيت اقتصادي قابل حصول است، در عمل بايد رفع محروميت‌ها، ايجاد رضايت ميان مردم، ارائه خدمات و ترويج الگوي اقتصادي اسلام بر مبناي تعامل امور مادي و معنوي را اجرايي نمايد. در اين صورت رضايت مردم از نظام سياسي حاصل مي‌شود و نظام سياسي در برابر تهديدات داخلي و خارجي مصون مي‌ماند.
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Aim: Economic development and political system have reciprocal effects on each other. The present study seeks to investigate the role of economic development in maintaining the Islamic system from a jurisprudential and legal perspective.
Materials and Methods: The present study is qualitative and theoretical. The method used is also descriptive-analytical and referring to documentary sources including jurisprudential sources.
Findings: Economic development in Islam, if based on the revival of the dead and the spread of work culture, the use of charity and the denial of usury, the promotion of endowment and moderation and avoidance of luxury, important legal consequences such as deprivation, poverty alleviation, creation Peaceful relations between the people will lead to the denial of dependence on foreigners, the strengthening of the Islamic system and the establishment of justice.
Ethical considerations: In the present study, fidelity in the use of resources and accurate referral has been observed.
Conclusion: The model of Islamic economic development that can be achieved in the shadow of economic security, in practice should implement the elimination of deprivation, creating satisfaction among the people, providing services and promoting the economic model of Islam based on the interaction of material and spiritual affairs. In this case, the people are satisfied with the political system and the political system is protected from internal and external threats.
