Literature and Law in Interdisciplinary Studies

مطالعات ميان‌رشته‌اي باعث تعامل ميان دو يا چند رشتة مختلف و زمينه‌سازي براي رشد و توسعة علوم و افزايش توانمندي آنان براي حل مشكل‌هاي پيچيده و چند وجهي مي‌شود. اين تعامل مي‌تواند از تبادل ساده نظرات تا همگرايي متقابل مفاهيم، روش‌شناسي، رويه‌ها و معرفت‌شناسي، اصطلاح‌شناسي داده‌ها، سازمان‌دهي تحقيق و آموزش در عرصه‌هاي گسترده گردد. ادبيات و حقوق از آنجا كه موضوعات يكساني براي بحث دارند، موجب شده تا بتوان نگاه ميان‌رشته‌اي به اين دو حوزه داشت و نبايد به خاطر آنكه يكي بيشتر حالت منطق‌گرايانه داشته و ديگر حالت احساس مدارانه، آن دو را از هم دور تصور نمود. «ادبيات حقوقي» ضمن گسترش دامنه موضوع براي نگارش داستان‌ها، موجب خارج شدن مباحث خشك و بي‌روح حقوقي مي‌شود و روشي براي تدريس در دانشكده‌هاي حقوق، آگاه‌سازي عمومي مردم و هم‌چنين امكان انتقاد از سياست‌گذاري تقنيني و اجرايي را فراهم مي‌‌سازد.

Interdisciplinary studies interact between two or more disciplines and provide context for the growth and development of science and enhance their ability to solve complex and multifaceted problems. This interaction can range from simple exchange of opinions to cross-convergence of concepts, methodology, procedures, epistemology, data terminology, organization of research and education in a wider field. Having the same issues for discussion, Literature and Law are potent to bear interdisciplinary approaches, and they should not be construed far from each other only because one of them is more logical and the other is related to the emotional state of mind. “Legal literature”, while expanding the scope of the subject for writing stories, leads to the elimination of strict and soulless legal issues and provides a way to teach in law schools, public awareness, as well as the possibility of criticizing legislative and executive policy.
