شناسايي چالش‌ها و راهكارهاي ارزشيابي مؤثر از يادگيري دانش‌آموزان دوره ابتدايي در نرم‌افزار شاد توسط نومعلمان

Investigating the Challenges and Solutions for Doing an Effective Evaluation of Primary School Students by New Teachers in Shad Software

هدف از اين پژوهش شناسايي چالش‌ها و روش‌هاي ارزشيابي مؤثر از يادگيري دانش‌آموزان دوره ابتدايي در برنامه شاد توسط نومعلمان فارغ‌التحصيل از دانشگاه فرهنگيان است. اين پژوهش با رويكرد كيفي و روش پديدارشناسي انجام شد. مشاركت‌كنندگان پژوهشي كه با استفاده از دو شيوه ملاك محور و زنجيره‌اي، انتخاب و تا مرز اشباع اطلاعاتي، در اين پژوهش مشاركت داشتند، تعداد 17 نفر از دانشجومعلمان ورودي سال 1391 دانشگاه فرهنگيان بودند. با اين افراد كه اكنون (1400) به عنوان نومعلماني در مشهد مشغول به خدمت هستند؛ مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته انجام گرفت. مصاحبه‌هاي مكتوب شده با استفاده از روش تحليل مضمون، تجزيه و تحليل شدند. جهت تأمين اعتبار تحقيق، معيارهاي لينكلن و گابا مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. براساس يافته‌هاي به دست آمده عمده‌ترين چالش‌هاي نومعلمان براي انجام ارزشيابي معتبر شامل 2 مضمون فراگير، 6 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده، 14 مضمون پايه است. همچنين عمده‌ترين راهكارهاي نومعلمان براي غلبه بر چالش‌هاي ارزشيابي را مي‌توان در قالب 4 مضمون فراگير، 10 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و 27 مضمون پايه دسته‌بندي كرد. نتايج اين پژوهشگر بيانگر آن است كه ارزشيابي در فضاي شاد يكي از دشوارترين وظايف نومعلمان است. به نحوي كه برخي از چالش‌هاي ارزشيابي در فضاي شاد بسيار جدي بوده و نومعلمان براي غلبه بر آنها علي رغم تلاش فراوان، راهكار موفقيت‌آميزي نداشتند اما در برابر ساير چالش‌ها، با صرف وقت فراوان و تحمل فشار كاري مضاعف، تاحدودي موفق به انجام ارزشيابي معتبر شدند.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the challenges and solutions for an effective evaluation of Primary School students by new teachers, who were graduated from Farhangian University, in Shad Software. This study was conducted via qualitative approach using phenomenological method. Participants were selected by two methods of snowball and Criterion sampling to theoretical saturation boundary, 17 new teachers who were freshman at Farhangian University, in academic year 2012-2013. The participant who are new teachers in Mashhad were subjected to semi-structured interviews, in 2021. Transcribed interviews were analyzed via thematic coding. Lincoln and Guba criteria were also used to determine the reliability of the research. Findings revealed that there were 2 inclusive themes, 6 organizing themes and 14 basic themes, based on main challenges for doing an effective evaluation in primary schools by new teachers. Also main solutions for overcoming to these challenges can be categorize in 4 inclusive themes, 10 organizing themes and 27 basic themes. The results indicate that doing evaluation in Shad Software is one of the most difficult tasks carried out by new teachers. In a way that some of the evaluation challenges were so serious and new teachers didn’t have any idea or successful solutions, despite their best effort, to overcome them. But in the face of other challenges, by spending a lot of time and tolerating some work pressure, relatively they succeeded to perform a valid evaluation.
