An introduction to the stylistics of thought and works of Jafari Langarudi, Lawyer and Islamologist

نوشتۀ حاضر مشتمل بر يك مقدمه و در دو بخش است: هدف از تدوين مقاله- چنان كه از عنوان آن پيداست- آشنايي اجمالي با شخصيت علمي استاد جعفري لنگرودي است. به اين منظور، ابتدا معرفي كوتاه اين شخصيت و شرح مختصري از كار علمي ايشان ميآيد تا باب سخن در اين باره باز شود و زمينۀ آن فراهم گردد. پس از اين مقدمۀ كوتاه، در بخش نخست تلاش شده است با تأمل در آثار و انديشه هاي استاد، پارهاي از نظريه هاي بنيادين و آراي منحصربه فرد استاد كه مصداق بارز توليد علم محسوب ميشود، شناسانده شود. اين بخش، هستۀ اصلي نوشتار است. ليكن، در جهت تكميل بحث و معرفي شايستۀ استاد جعفري لنگرودي، بخش دوم نيز به آن اضافه شده است و در آن، از يك مسئله و مشكل حقوقي ياد ميشود كه مدتها در رويۀ قضائي ما به يك معماي پيچيده تبديل شده و به صورت يك معضل حقوقي در آمده است. به تازگي، راقم اين سطور با الهام از انديشه هاي استاد براي حل آن مسئله تلاش كرده است. در بخش دوم، گزارشي كوتاه از اين موضوع داده ميشود.

The extant paper is organized into an introduction and two sections. As the title shows, the purpose of this study is to make a brief introduction to the academic character of Professor. Jafari Langarudi. To this end, the personality of the professor is introduced briefly then his academic works are described to initiate the discussion. Followed by this short introduction, some of the fundamental theories and unique opinions of the professor are introduced as science generation examples based on his works and thoughts. The next section makes up the underlying core of this paper. However, the second part has been added to complete the discussion and introduce Professor Jafari Langarudi worthily. The second section argues a legal problem that has been a complicated case in judicial procedure and a legal issue. The author made an effort to solve the issue employing the ideas of Professor. A short report of the case is presented in the second section.
