بررسي پديدارشناسي مديريت دانش در واحدهاي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي استان آذربايجان غربي

Investigate the phenomenological of knowledge management in the units of Islamic Azad University of West Azerbaijan province

امروزه مديريت دانش به‌مثابه راهبردي ضروري و آينده‌نگر براي كسب مزيت رقابتي و حفظ بقاء و بهبود عملكرد سازماني محسوب مي‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي پديدارشناسي مديريت دانش در واحدهاي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي استان آذربايجان غربي بود. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر شيوه اجرا توصيفي از نوع كيفي بود. جامعه پژوهش اعضاي هيئت علمي واحدهاي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي استان آذربايجان غربي در سال تحصيلي 400-1399 بودند كه تعداد 18 نفر از آنها طبق اصل اشباع نظري و پس از بررسي ملاك‌هاي ورود به مطالعه با روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با روش مصاحبه نيمه‌ساختاريافته گردآوري كه روايي و پايايي آن مناسب ارزيابي شد. داده‌ها به شيوه تحليل محتوا با روش هفت مرحله‌اي كلايزي در نرم‌افزار MAXQDA تحليل شدند. يافته‌ها نشان داد كه هشت مضمون اصلي مديريت دانش شامل زيرساخت‌ها و فناوري اطلاعات، فرايندهاي مديريت دانش، ساختار سازماني و محيط، سرمايه‌هاي فكري و نوآور، منابع انساني و آموزش، رهبري دانش، مديريت و فرهنگ سازماني بودند. با توجه به نتايج اين پژوهش، برنامه‌ريزي براي بهبود مديريت دانش از طريق مضامين مذكور ضروري است كه براي اين منظور مي‌توان از كارگاه‌هاي آموزشي استفاده كرد.

Today, knowledge management is considered as an essential and forward-looking strategy to gain a competitive advantage and maintain survival and improve organizational performance. The aim of this study was investigate the phenomenological of knowledge management in the units of the Islamic Azad University of West Azerbaijan province. This research in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was qualitative. The research population was the faculty members of units of the Islamic Azad University of West Azerbaijan in the academic year 2020-21, which number of 18 people of them were selected as a sample by purposive sampling according to the principle of theoretical saturation and after reviewing the inclusion criteria. Data were collected by semi-structured interview method, which its validity and reliability were assessed appropriate. Data were analyzed by method of content analysis by seven-step Colaizzi method in MAXQDA software. Findings showed that the eight main theme of knowledge management were included of infrastructure and information technology, knowledge management processes, organizational structure and environment, intellectual and innovative capital, human resources and education, knowledge leadership, management and organizational culture. According to the results of this study, planning to improve knowledge management through mentioned themes is essential that for this purpose can be used from workshops.
