چكيده فارسي :
با افزايش توليدات علمي و به موازات آن توسعه واحدهاي علم‌سنجي دانشگاه‌هاي علوم پزشكي، كارشناسان اين واحدها بيش از گذشته با فرايند نمايه‌شدن مقالات، تأييد اعتبار مجلات و شناسايي مجلات نامعتبر رو به رو هستند. در اين راستا، گاهي اوقات در برخورد با موارد خاص و استثنا در فرايند تأييد مقالات به منظور ارتقا اعضاي هيأت علمي و اختلال در روند اتمام تعهدات و خاتمه طرح‌هاي پژوهشي، نارضايتي پژوهشگران را به همراه دارد. علت اين نارضايتي‌ها در بسياري از موارد عدم اطلاع از ساز و كار و قوانين جديد نمايه‌نامه‌ها، مجلات و آئين‌نامه‌هاي وزارتي و داخلي دانشگاه‌ها مي‌باشد. در اين مقاله تلاش شده است تا براي آگاهي مخاطبان برخي از چالش‌هايي كه كارشناسان واحدهاي علم‌سنجي در محيط كاري با آن مواجه شده‌اند، بيان شود.
چكيده لاتين :
With the increase of scientific productions and in parallel with the development of scientometric units of
medical universities, the experts of these units are more than ever faced with the process of indexing articles,
validating journals, and identifying invalid journals. In this regard, sometimes in dealing with special cases
and exceptions in the article approval process to promote faculty members and disrupt the process of
completing commitments and terminating research projects, researchers are dissatisfied. In many cases, the
cause of these dissatisfactions is the lack of knowledge about the new mechanism and rules of the indexes,
journals, and regulations of the ministry and universities. The aim of this study was to inform the audience
about some of the challenges faced by the experts of scientometric units in the workplace.
