شناخت بزرگان هر جامعه‌اي، نيازمند درك صحيح و منطقي از آرا و عقايد آنهاست و اين امر، مستلزم بررسي حيات انساني و معرفتي هر يك از آنها در ادوار تاريخي خاص در رشتة مرتبط است. در تاريخ حقوق ايران بالأخصّ در اين سدة اخير كه ميراث عالمان ديني و حقوقي در معرض كاوش و اصطياد مقالات و تحقيقات متعدّدي قرار گرفته است، معرفي فردي از اين افراد كه شهرة حقوق بنيادين و مبنامحور در بين آشنايان فقه و حقوق است، چندان ساده و سهل نيست؛ چرا كه علاوه بر شهرت و كسوت فقهي ايشان درسراي فقه اسلام، در حقوقِ معاصر ايران نيز طرح‌ها و انگاره‌هايي را آغاز و به انجام رسانيده كه كمتر كسي ياراي تعهّد و تبحّر و تحكم در آنها را داشته است. لذا پرداختن به سير و تطور انديشه‌اي چنين عالمي، يعني استاد جعفري لنگرودي سهل ممتنع بوده و از طرفي معرفي و شناسايي اجمالي هر يك از بزرگان فقه و حقوق ايران، ضرورتِ انكارناپذير دوران كنوني است. مع ذلك پرداخت‌هاي علمي و فكري نظام‌مند هرچند به بهانه‌اي مبارك براي تقدير و سپاس از جايگاه درخشان آنها، موجد آثاربس گران‌قدري است. البته، نبايد از نظر دور داشت كه قرائت‌هاي ناصواب از آرا و ديدگاه‌هاي بزرگان حقوق ايران به ويژه در فضاهاي مجازي و سايت‌هاي گونه به گون، مسبب الزامي اخلاقي و حقوقي است كه آنچنان مغفول واقع شده و به‌واقع به ورطه فراموشي انداخته شده كه چاره‌اي جز اصرار بر سياهه قلم نيست كه بنويسد چه‌كساني خالقان آثار بنيادين و مفهوم‌مند فقه و حقوق ايران بوده‌اند و چه كساني تنها داعيه‌دار عناوين پرطمطراق حقوق ايران.

It is essential to understand the beliefs and opinions intellectuals of every society to grasp their thoughts. To this end, the human and epistemological lives of intellectuals should be addressed during relevant historical periods. It is not simple to introduce intellectuals who are popular in the context of fundamental rights among jurists and lawyers in the history of Iranian Law over the recent century when the works of religious and legal scholars have been investigating in many papers and researches. The mentioned scholars not only are famous jurists in the field of Islamic jurisprudence but also have conducted some projects and plans that are not simply carried out by all scholars. Therefore, it is simple but impossible to find the intellectual life of such scholars, such as Jafari Langarudi. Besides, it is an undeniable necessity to introduce and identify reputable jurists and lawyers of Iran in this era. Accordingly, systematic academic and intellectual studies on the works of these scholars lead to many precious implications. However, it should be considered that the wrong conception of beliefs and opinions of famous lawyers of Iran especially in various cyberspaces and websites requires an ethical and legal review to fill the existing gap in the relevant research field. Therefore, it is essential to introduce writers and authors of fundamental and conceptual works of jurisprudence and law of Iran to identify those who only claim that are Iranian Lawyers.
