Confronting with analogy weakness in books by Professor Jafari Langarudi

اين تحقيق به منظور ارائه توصيف و تحليلي از ضعف تمثيل و مواجهه با آن در آثار استاد جعفري لنگرودي انجام شده است. يافته‌هاي اين تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه ضعف تمثيل در آثار علمي و پژوهشي امري مشهود و مستند است و موجب ضعف استدلال و سستي بنيان پژوهشهاي علمي شده است. تحليل آماري از كاربرد تمثيل «‌اكرم‌العلماء» حاكي از آن است كه بيش از هفت‌هزار مورد اين تمثيل در منابع فقهي و اصولي استفاده شده است! و تحليل كيفي حاكي از وجود دهها مصداق از مثالهاي ضعيف و فاقد كاربرد است كه هيچ كمكي به فرآيند ياددهي و يادگيري نمي‌كنند و فراگيران را از تحرك انديشه مي­دارند و نوعي درنگ ذهني براي آنها پديد مي‌آورند و فرآيند معنارساني را با اختلال مواجه مي‌كنند. در تحقيق حاضر با استفاده از آرايه ادبي تشخيص يا جان‌بخشي و شخصيت‌بخشي به «‌اكرم‌العلماء» -به عنوان يكي از تمثيل هاي پركاربرد در فقه و اصول- توضيح داده شده است كه كاربرد فراوان و نارواي اين تمثيل؛ چگونه معناي لغوي و مفهوم ادبي اين تمثيل را تغيير داده و چگونه استاد جعفري لنگرودي با طراحي و خلق مثال هاي زنده و جديد تلاش كرده‌ كه بر غناي علمي تمثيل هاي تخصصي بيفزايد و با فراوان‌سازي تمثيل‌هاي جديد و زندۀ حقوقي، فرايندهاي ياددهي و يادگيري را متحول كرده‌ است و نتيجه آنكه توسعه علمي و افزايش «شاخص توليد علم» مستلزم آن است كه در آينده نيز بايد در پژوهش هاي فقهي، اصولي و حقوقي به دنبال يافتن مثال هاي جديد و پركاربرد بود و اين فرآيندها را توسعه بخشيد.

This study was conducted to describe and analyze analogy weakness and confrontation with such failure in books written by Professor Jafari Langarudi. Findings imply that analogy deficiency can be seen in academic and research works. Such failure has led to poor arguments in academic researches. According to statistical analysis of using analogy “respect for scholars”, this analogy has been used more than 7000 times in jurisprudential and regular references. Qualitative analysis shows that tens of weak and inefficient examples do not contribute to the learning process preventing learners from thinking and subjective reasoning. Such poor analogies may disturb the meaning process of text. The extant paper has used the stylistic device of personification for the analogy of "respect for scholars", as one of the most practical analogies in principles of jurisprudence, that inefficient use of this analogy has changed the meaning and concept of this expression. In this case, Professor Jafari Langarudi has attempted to design and create new and applicable examples to fill the academic gap in this field. He has changed learning and teaching processes by creating abundant new and efficient legal examples and analogies. Therefore, academic and scientific development of the "science generation index" requires further applicable and useful examples and procedural progress in jurisprudential, regular, and legal researches.
