نگاهي به بازتنظيم اجماع در رسالۀ اجماعيه استاد جعفري لنگرودي

A look at the consensus in the treatise on the consensus of Mohammad Jafar Jafari Langroudi

در اين مقاله ارزيابي پژوهشگران از رساله اجماعيه استاد جعفري لنگرودي ارائه مي‌شود. محتواي مقاله داراي دو قسمت اصلي است. در قسمت اصلي كه بخش عمده محتواي مقاله را به خود اختصاص داده است، توصيف و گزارشي ارائه مي‌شود از ابتكارات و نوآوري‌هاي نويسنده در رسالة مذكور. در قسمت دوم و پاياني تاملات پژوهشگران نسبت به برخي نقطه نظرات وي مطرح شده است. در قسمت اول توضيح داده مي‌شود كه بازتنظيم مباحث علمي چه اهميت و ضرورتي دارد و بازتنظيم اهداف و روش طرح مسئله چگونه موجب توسعه علمي و يافته‌هاي جديد مي‌شود. همچنين بازتنظيم و تغييرات سرفصل‌هاي مباحث اجماع توسط استاد جعفري لنگرودي تبيين مي‌شود. در ادامه مجموعة نوآوري‌ها و خلاقيت‌هاي علمي ايشان در رسالة مزبور شناسايي و گزارش مي‌شود. اهم اين نوآوري‌ها عبارتند از 1. نوآوري در تعريف اجماع به روش عناصر‌شناسي 2. نوآوري در ابداع مفاهيم و واژگان تخصصي نظير تراكم فتوا 3. نوآوري در روابط ميان مفاهيم علمي 4. نوآوري در نحوه تجزيه و تحليل ادعاي اجماع 5. نوآوري در طرح سؤال‌هاي جديد و نوپيدايي كه از محتواي اين رساله قابل شناسايي است 6. نوآوري در تمثيل در قسمت دوم نقدها و تاملاتي كه به نظر پژوهشگران در برخي از نظرات وي قابل طرح است ارائه شده است. اهم اين تاملات عبارتند از 1. ايراد ايشان به عدم نگارش رسالة مستقل اجماع در كتب فقهي 2. تامل در تعريف اجماع به اتفاق اكثر 3. تامل در ادعاي عدم توجه به تفكيك اجماع مسامحي از اجماع دقيق و كامل 4. ترديد در وجود ابهام نسبت به مرزهاي معنايي شهرت و قول اكثر و اجماع

This work attempts to evaluate the treatise on consensus compiled by Mohammad Jafar Jafari Langroudi. The article is contextualized in two sections. The main section intends to describe innovations into the treatise by the author, and in the second section, researchers try to ascertain the opinions of the author in the treastise. The first section explains the importance and necessity of rearrangement of scientific topics and how rearrangement and the problem statement approaches lead to the scientific developments and new findings. It also covers the rearrangement and alteration made by Mohammad Jafar Jafari Langroudi on the titles of topics on consensus. Scientific innovations and initiatives in this treastise include 1) innovation in the definition of consensus using the element identification method, 2) innovation in the invention of specialized concepts and terms (e.g., frequency of judicial decrees), 3) innovation in the relationship between scientific concepts, 4) innovation in the analysis of the consensus on claims, 5) innovation in the design of new questions and reappearance, which is identifiable from the content of this treastise, and 6) innovation in the exemplification. The second section includes the criticism and consideration of the author's opinions, including 1) criticizing the author's failure to compile a distinguished treatise on consensus in religious works, 2) considering the definition of consensus by the majority, 3) considering the claim on the author's ignoring to separate carelessness consensus from complete and accurate consensus, and 4) questioning the ambiguity in semantic boundaries of reputation and majority expression and consensus.
