An investigation into the Relationship between Social Support and Social Health among Well-being Clients in Nowshahr

مقدمه: از هدف هاي مهم نظام سلامت در هر كشور تأمين، حفظ و ارتقاء سلامت و كيفيت زندگي تمام افراد جامعه است. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي تأثير حمايت اجتماعي بر سلامت اجتماعي(مطالعه موردي: مددجويان بهزيستي شهرستان نوشهر) در سال 1399بود. روش: اين پژوهش با استفاده از روش پيمايش و با ابزار پرسشنامه صورت گرفته است. جامعه پژوهش را مددجويان بهزيستي 18 تا 60 ساله ساكن شهرستان نوشهر تشكيل داده‌اند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران، 350 نفر تعيين شد و با استفاده از شيوه نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي چند مرحله‌اي، انتخاب شدند. براي تحليل داده‌ها، از آزمونهاي ضريب همبستگي با نرم‌افزار SPSS24 و تحليل معادلات ساختاري با نرم‌افزار Amos25 استفاده شد. پايايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش آلفاي كرونباخ، محاسبه و مناسب ارزيابي شد كه بر اساس آن ضريب آلفا براي مقياسها و خرده‌مقياسهاي آن بيش از 0.7 بود. يافته‌ها: بكارگيري آمار استنباطي نشان داد كه بين متغيرهاي حمايت اجتماعي به‌طور كل و ابعاد آن شامل بعد عاطفي حمايت اجتماعي، بعد ابزاري حمايت اجتماعي و بعد اطلاعاتي حمايت اجتماعي با سلامت اجتماعي رابطه معناداري وجود دارد. همچنين، ضرايب رگرسيوني بين متغيرهاي مستقل و سلامت اجتماعي در مدل اموس بالاي 0.03 بود. بحث: بنابراين بر طبق يافته‌ها مي‌توان نتيجه گرفت ابعاد اجتماعي در نظر گرفته شده، تأثير مستقيمي بر جامعه آماري داشته و نهادهاي مربوطه مي‌توانند با در نظر گرفتن ابعادي از جمله مقوله حمايت اجتماعي و ساير ابعاد، در حوزه سلامت اجتماعي نقش ايفا كنند.

Intorduction: One of the important goals of the health system in any country is to ensure, maintain, and promote the health and quality of life of all members of society. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of social support on social health in 1399. Method: This research was carried out using a survey method and a questionnaire. The study population consisted of welfare clients aged 18 to 60 years old living in Nowshahr. The sample size was determined using Cochran’s formula, 350 people and were selected using a multi-stage cluster sampling method. Findings: To analyze the research data, correlation coefficient tests with spss24 software and structural equation analysis with Amos25 software were conducted. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated and evaluated using Cronbach’s alpha method, based on which the coefficient of research variables and its dimensions was more than 0.7. In this study, using inferential statistics, the relationship between social support variables, emotional dimension of social support, instrumental dimension of social support, and information dimension of social support with the dependent variable of the study, social health was measured and the relationship of all the variables was confirmed Discussion: The results showed that these variables of social support, emotional dimension of social support, instrumental dimension of social support, and information dimension of social support have a significant relationship with the dependent variable of the research — social health. Using Amos25 software and drawing the model, the amount that the dependent variable changes was explained by the independent variables.
