بررسي مولفه هاي كليدي مديريت دانش اثربخش با رويكرد استراتژيك درسازمان نظامي (مطالعه موردي : سپاه عاشورا)

Provide an effective knowledge management model with a strategic approach in the military

امروزه دانش به عنوان يكي از نيروهاي محرك براي موفقيت در كسب و كار تبديل شده است . از آنجايي كه دانش بعنوان استراتژيكترين منبع سازماني مطرح ميباشد، سازمانها با اين سوال اساسي مواجه ميباشند كه چگونه ميتوانند دانش سازماني را بطور كارآمد و اثربخش مديريت نمايند تا از مزاياي آن جهت پيشبرد اهداف استراتژيك سازمان بهره مند شوند. دانش و مديريت آن بتنهايي و مستقل از اهداف استراتژيك سازمان كاملا بي معني و فاقد ارزش خواهد بود. بنابراين مديريت دانش سازمان بايستي همسو و هماهنگ با اقدامات استراتژيك سازمان در سطح كلان مطرح و مورد توجه قرا ر گيرد. هدف اين پژوهش ارائه مدل مديريت دانش اثربخش با رويكرد استراتژيك درسازمان نظامي است. روش تحقيق اين مطالعه بر حسب هدف، كاربردي و بر حسب شيوه گرد آوري اطلاعات توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي است. جهت گردآوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss انجام شد كه نتايج پژوهش پنج عامل اساسي فناوري اطلاعات ، فرآيند مديريت دانش ، دانش سازماني ، فرهنگ سازماني و دانشكاران را بعنوان مولفه هاي مدل مديريت دانش اثربخش با رويكرد استراتژيك درسازمان نظامي نشان داد.

Today, knowledge has become a driving force for business success. As knowledge is considered to be the most strategic source of enterprise, organizations are faced with the fundamental question of how to manage organizational knowledge efficiently and effectively to benefit from its strategic goals. Knowledge and management of it is individually and independently of the strategic goals of the organization is meaningless and worthless. Therefore, knowledge management organization should be consistent with and consistent with the organization's strategic actions at the macro level. The purpose of this study is to provide an effective knowledge management model with a strategic approach in the military organization. The research method of this study is based on objective, applied and survey type descriptive information collection method. A questionnaire was used to collect information. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software. The results of the research showed five main factors of IT, knowledge management process, organizational knowledge, organizational culture and knowledge workers as components of the effective knowledge management model with a strategic approach in the military organization.
