چكيده فارسي :
زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ آﻧﺎﻟﻮگ ﻫﺎي L-آرژﻧﯿﻦ در ﻣﻬﺎر ﺳﻨﺘﺰ ﻧﯿﺘﺮﯾﮏ اﮐﺴﺎﯾﺪ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎي ورزﺷﯽ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان روش ﻏﯿﺮداروﯾﯽ، ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت ﻫﻮازي ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﻋﺼﺎره ﺳﯿﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﻣﺨﭽﻪ در ﻣﻮش ﻫﺎي ﺻﺤﺮاﯾﯽ داراي ﻓﺸﺎر ﺧﻮن اﺳﺖ. ﻣﻮاد و روشﻫﺎ: ﻣﻮش ﻫﺎي ﺻﺤﺮاﯾﯽ ﺑﺎ وزن 200ﺗﺎ 220 ﮔﺮم و ﻓﺸﺎر ﺧﻮن ﺑﺎﻻ ﺑﺎ 10ﺗﺎ 12 ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﺳﻦ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻼﺋﻢ اﺻﻠﯽ ﭘﺮﻓﺸﺎري ﭘﺎﺳﺦ دادﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻣﻮشﻫﺎي ﺻﺤﺮاﯾﯽ ﭘﺲ از ﯾﮏ دوره ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ داروي L_NAME ﮐﻪ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﭘﺮﻓﺸﺎري ﺧﻮن ﺷﺪ ﺑﻪ 6ﮔﺮوه ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. آزﻣﻮن ﺗﻌﺎدل و ﻫﻤﺎﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﺣﺮﮐﺘﯽ ﭘﺲ از 8ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از Beam Walking ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي درﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﻋﺼﺎره ﺳﯿﺮ و ﺳﻮرﺑﺎﯾﺪ داده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: در ﮔﺮوه ﻓﺸﺎر ﺧﻮﻧﯽ ﻣﺎده ﺳﻔﯿﺪ و ﻣﺎده ﺧﺎﮐﺴﺘﺮي ﻣﺨﭽﻪ ﻣﻘﺪاري ﭘﺮﺧﻮﻧﯽ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﭘﺮاﮐﻨﺪﮔﯽ ﺳﻠﻮﻟﯽ در ﻧﺎﺣﯿﻪ ﮔﺮاﻧﻮﻻر داﺷﺖ. در ﺳﻠﻮل ﻫﺎي ﭘﻮرﮐﻨﮋ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات دژﻧﺮاﺗﯿﻮ ﺳﻠﻮﻟﯽ روﯾﺖ ﺷﺪ. ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ اﺳﺘﻘﺎﻣﺘﯽ در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل، ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﺧﺎﺻﯽ را ﻧﺸﺎن ﻧﺪاد. ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ اﺳﺘﻘﺎﻣﺘﯽ و ﻋﺼﺎره ﺳﯿﺮ ﻣﻘﺪاري ﺟﺪاﺷﺪﮔﯽ ﻣﻨﻨﮋ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﻣﻘﺪاري ﺗﺠﻤﻊ ﺧﻮن داﺷﺘﻨﺪ و در ﮔﺮوه ﺳﻮرﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﺳﻠﻮل ﻫﺎي ﭘﻮرﮐﻨﮋ ﺑﺎ اﻧﺪازه ﮐﻮﭼﮏ ﺗﺮ و ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات دژﻧﺮاﺗﯿﻮ از ﻗﺒﯿﻞ ﺳﯿﺘﻮﭘﻼﺳﻢ ﭘﺮرﻧﮓ و ﻫﺴﺘﻪ ﻧﺎﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. در ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ اﺳﺘﻘﺎﻣﺘﯽ و ﻗﺮص ﺳﻮرﺑﺎﯾﺪ در ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﻣﺨﭽﻪ ﺳﻠﻮل ﻫﺎي ﭘﻮرﮐﻨﮋ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺸﺨﺼﺎت ﻏﯿﺮﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ از ﻗﺒﯿﻞ ﺳﯿﺘﻮﭘﻼﺳﻢ ﺗﯿﺮه و ﻫﺴﺘﻪ ﻧﺎﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﻗﺎﺑﻞروﯾﺖ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﻓﺸﺎر ﺧﻮن ﺳﺒﺐ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﻻﯾﻪ ﭘﻮرﮐﻨﮋ و ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﺧﻔﯿﻒ ﻻﯾﻪ ﮔﺮاﻧﻮﻻر و ﻧﯿﺰ اﯾﺠﺎد ﭘﺮﺧﻮﻧﯽ ﺧﻔﯿﻒ در ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﻣﺨﭽﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد و ﻗﺮص ﺳﻮرﺑﺎﯾﺪ و ﻋﺼﺎره ﺳﯿﺮ ﺑﻪﺗﻨﻬﺎﯾﯽ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻫﻢزﻣﺎن ﺑﺎ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت ورزﺷﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﺤﺴﻮس ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﺣﺎﺻﻞ را ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﯽ دﻫﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Due to the effect of L-arginine analogues on inhibiting nitric oxide synthesis and exercise training as one of the non-pharmacological methods, the aim
of this study was to evaluate the effect of aerobic exercise training with garlic extract
on changes of cerebellar tissue in rats with induced hypertension.
Materials and Methods: Rats weighing 200 to 220 gr and hypertension at 10 to 12 weeks of age responding to the main symptoms of hypertension were selected. The rats will be divided into 6 treatment groups after a period of injection of L_NAME that results in hypertension. Balance and motor coordination test was performed after 8 weeks of exercise using Beam Walking Test. The treatment groups were given orally garlic and sorbide extracting.
Results: In the hypertensive group, white matter and gray matter had some amount of hypertension associated with cellular distribution in the granular area. In Purkinje cells, degenerative cellular changes are observed.
Endurance training group did not show any significant changes compared to control group. The endurance training group and the garlic extract retained some meningeal detachment along with some blood accumulation, and the sorbide group in the purkinje cells degenerative changes such as bold cytoplasm and unspecified nucleus are seen. In the endurance training group and sorbide in the purkinje cells are still seen with abnormal features such as dark cytoplasm and undefined nucleus.
Conclusion: Hypertension causes moderate changes in the purkinje layer and mild changes in the granular layer, as well as mild hyperemia in the cerebellar tissue and the sorbide and garlic extract alone, as well as markedly reduced exercise training.
