بهره‌مندي دانشجويان از تصويرسازي پتلپ در انتقال دو طرفۀ مهارت شوت هندبال

Students Benefit from of PETTLEP Imagery in Bilateral Transfer of handball shooting skills

تحقيق حاضر، با هدف بررسي تصويرسازي پتلپ بر انتقال دوطرفۀ مهارت هندبال انجام گرفت. جامعة آماري شامل تمامي دانشجويان كارشناسي تربيت بدني دانشگاه تهران بود كه 24 نفر از آنها داوطلبانه در اين تحقيق مشاركت داشتند. آزمودني‌ها پس از شركت در پيش‌آزمون به‌طور تصادفي به دو گروه تصويرسازي با دست برتر و غيربرتر تقسيم شدند. سپس مداخلة تصويرسازي پتلپ با دست برتر و غيربرتر به مدت 12 جلسه اعمال شد. پس از آخرين جلسه، پس‌آزمون مشابه با پيش‌آزمون و 24 ساعت بعد آزمون يادداري انجام گرفت و پس از 30 دقيقه، آزمون انتقال به‌صورت مهارت شوت سه گام هندبال انجام گرفت. پس از اطمينان از همساني واريانس‌ها با آمارة لون و نرمال بودن داده‌ها با آزمون شاپيروويلك، از آزمون تحليل واريانس چندمتغيري و تحليل واريانس با اندازه‌هاي تكراري در سطح 0/05α= استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه مداخلة تصويرسازي پتلپ تأثير معناداري بر انتقال مهارت در هر دو عضو برتر و غيربرتر دارد و انتقال دوطرفه در تمام مراحل اين پژوهش صورت گرفته است (0/05≥P). بنابراين، مي‌توان گفت كه تصويرسازي پتلپ سبب وقوع پديدۀ انتقال دوطرفه مي‌شود و پيشنهاد مي‌شود افراد هنگام به‌كارگيري انتقال دوطرفه از تصويرسازي ذهني پتلپ براي بهبود مهارت خود استفاده كنند.

Nowadays, universities are known as the main context of thinking and contemplation and students have an essential role in the development of society. Therefore, factors affecting educational and research performance are of great importance. One of these factors can be mental imagery. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of PETTLEP imagery on the bilateral transfer of handball skills. The Sample included B. Sc students in physical education at the University of Tehran, 24 of which participated in this research voluntarily. After taking part in the pretest, the participants were randomly divided into two groups of imagery with the dominant hand and non-dominant hand. Then PETTLEP imagery was applied to both groups for 12 sessions. A posttest similar to the pretest was done after the last session. This was followed by a retention test after 24 hours and then a transfer test in the form of handball triple shoot after 30 minutes. After ensuring the consistency of variances by the Leven test and normality of the data by the Shapiro-Wilk test, a multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) and an analysis of variance with repeated measures with a significant level of α=.05 were used. The results showed that intervention of PETTLEP imagery had a significant effect on skill transfer through the entire process (P≥.05). Thus, PETTLEP imagery causes the occurrence of bilateral transfer. Therefore, PEETLEP mental imagery is recommended to be used for the improvement of people's skills when employing bilateral transfer.
