پردازش زبان طبيعي و تحليل داده‌هاي حقوقي در پرونده‌ها و گزارش پزشكي قانوني با استفاده از هوش مصنوعي

Natural Language Processing and Analysis of Legal Data in Forensic Files and Reports using Artificial Intelligence

در اين مقاله، اثر پردازش متون حقوقي، گزارشات و شرح پرونده جنايي با استفاده از «پردازشگر زبان طبيعي » در بدو شروع و نهايتاً تجزيه و تحليل داده‌هاي به دست آمده با استفاده از هوش مصنوعي بررسي گرديده است و ايده‌هايي جهت ايجاد يك نظام مؤثر از تلفيق بين حقوق، تكنولوژي و پزشكي جهت بهبود روند كار در سازمان پزشكي قانوني ارائه گرديده است. در قسمت اول از اين مقاله با بررسي پردازش زبان طبيعي كه يكي از شاخه‌هاي پرطرفدار هوش مصنوعي است اطلاعاتي جهت بررسي متون مربوط به پزشكي قانوني ارائه شده است. همچنين، به مشكلات احتمالي از پردازش پرونده‌هاي مذكور نيز اشاره گرديده است. نهايتاً سه روش جهت تجزيه ‌و تحليل داده‌ها ارائه گرديده كه در حال حاضر در حوزه حقوقي و قراردادي در برخي از كشورها در حال پياده‌سازي است. به منظور گردآوري اطلاعات مندرج در اين مقاله، تركيبي از 50 مقاله، كتاب و گزارش در حوزه كاربردهاي هوش مصنوعي، اعم از برخي مقالات مرتبط دانشگاه استنفورد در بخش آينده حقوق ، مقالات فارسي در حوزه مسئوليت مدني ناشي از اعمال هوش مصنوعي (جهت ارائه روش مؤثر و قانوني به سازمان پزشكي قانوني) و نهايتاً گزارشات مربوط به سازمان پزشكي قانوني طي سال‌هاي اخير مطالعه شده و در نهايت تركيبي از 12 مقاله و كتاب جهت نگارش اين مقاله استفاده گرديده ‌است.

In this article, the effect of processing legal texts, reports and descriptions of criminal cases using a natural language processor at the beginning and finally analyzing the data obtained using artificial intelligence are examined and ideas to create an effective system of combining Law, technology and medicine are provided to improve the work process in the forensic organization. In the first part of this article, by examining natural language processing, which is one of the most popular branches of artificial intelligence, information is provided to review forensic texts. Possible problems with the processing of these cases have also been pointed out. Finally, three methods for data analysis are presented, which are currently being implemented in the legal and contractual fields in some countries. In order to collect the information contained in this article, a combination of 50 articles, books and reports in the field of applications of artificial intelligence, including some related articles at Stanford University in the future law, Persian articles in the field of civil liability due to artificial intelligence (to provide effective legal methods to the Forensic Medicine Organization), and finally the recent reports related to the Forensic Medicine Organization have been studied; Ultimately, a combination of 12 articles and books has been used to write this article.
