A review of articles on reducing engine noise and the causes of turbocharger noise

اﻣﺮوزه ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ وزن ﺧﻮدروﻫﺎ، اﻓﺰودن ﺗﻮرﺑﻮﺷﺎرژرﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﺗﻮرﻫﺎي اﺣﺘﺮاق داﺧﻠﯽ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺗﻮان ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮدي و در ﻋﯿﻦ ﺣﺎل، ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﺻﺪاي زﯾﺎد در ﺑﺎزه ي 72 دﺳﯽ-ﺑﻞ ﺗﺎ 154 دﺳﯽ-ﺑﻞ در ﻫﻨﮕﺎم ﮐﺎر ﮐﺮدن ﻣﻮﺗﻮر در دور ﺑﺎﻻ و در زﻣﺎن ﺷﺘﺎﺑﮕﯿﺮي اﺑﺘﺪاﯾﯽ ﯾﺎ ﺣﯿﻦ ﺣﺮﮐﺖ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﮐﺎﻫﺶ اﺛﺮات ﺑﺪ اﯾﻦ ﺻﺪاﻫﺎ و اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ آراﻣﺶ ﺳﺮﻧﺸﯿﻨﺎن ﺧﻮدرو، روش ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻔﯽ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻫﺎي اﺟﺰاء ﻣﺤﺪود و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻫﺎي ﻋﺪدي ﭘﺮه ﻫﺎي ﮐﻤﭙﺮﺳﻮر ﺑﺮاي ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ ﺳﺎزي ﺿﺮاﯾﺐ اﻓﺖ ﻓﺸﺎر )ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺗﻮان ورودي ﺗﻮرﺑﯿﻦ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺮوﺟﯽ ﮐﻤﭙﺮﺳﻮر( و اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﭘﺪﻫﺎي ﺻﺪاﮔﯿﺮ و ﻣﻮاد آﮐﻮﺳﺘﯿﮏ ﺑﻪ دور ﻗﻄﻌﺎت ﻣﻮﺗﻮر، از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﻗﻄﻌﻪ ﺗﻮرﺑﻮﺷﺎرژر و ﻣﻨﯿﻔﻮﻟﺪ ﻫﻮا، ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎر ﺑﺮده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﯽ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺑﯿﺎن ﮐﺮدن و ﻃﺒﻘﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻫﺎي ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺻﺪاﻫﺎي ﻣﺰاﺣﻢ، ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ از ﮐﺎر ﮐﺮدن ﻣﻮﺗﻮر و ﺗﻮرﺑﻮﺷﺎرژر ﺧﻮدرو، ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ اراﺋﻪ راﻫﮑﺎر ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺮاي رﻓﻊ ﻧﻮﯾﺰﻫﺎي ﻣﺰاﺣﻢ از دﯾﮕﺮ اﻫﺪاف ﻣﺪ ﻧﻈﺮ در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ اﺳﺖ.

Today, due to the increasing weight of cars, the addition of turbochargers to internal combustion engines increases performance and at the same time, produces high noise in the range of 72 dB to 154 dB when the engine is running at high speeds and during the initial acceleration. To reduce the negative effects of these noises and increase the comfort of the car occupants, various methods such as including finite element analysis and numerical analysis of compressor blades to optimize pressure drop coefficients (ratio of turbine input to compressor output), sound pads and acoustic materials around engine parts including turbocharger parts and air manifold, are used. The purpose of this article is to express and classify the research done in the field of reducing annoying noises resulting from the operation of the car engine and turbocharger.
