تاثير فرهنگ سازماني و مديريت استراتژيك بر اجراي مديريت كيفيت جامع: بررسي تطبيقي در شعب بانك ملت و صادرات استان گيلان

The Impact of Organizational Culture and Strategic Management on the Implementation of Total Quality Management: A Comparative Study in Bank Mellat and Export Branches of Guilan Province

تحقيق حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر جمع آوري داده ها توصيفي - پيمايشي بود. جامعه آماري شامل كاركنان شعبات بانكهاي ملت و صادارات بود و تعداد نمونه از طريق جدول مورگان 384 نفر برآورده شد كه 192 نمونه از ميان شعبات بانك ملت و 192 نمونه از شعبات بانك صادرات به روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي تصادفي انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري داده پرسشنامه بود. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از مدلسازي معادلات ساختاري با نرم افزار PLS استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه فرهنگ سازماني بر مديريت كيفيت جامع تاثير مثبت و مستقيمي دارد. مديريت استراتژيك بر مديريت كيفيت جامع تاثير مثبت و مستقيمي دارد. همچنين نتايج نشان داد كه فرهنگ سازماني بر مديريت استراتژيك تاثير مثبت و مستقيمي دارد. علاوه بر اين، در بررسي تطبيقي بين دو بانك، نتايج نشان داد كه سطح معناداري آزمون براي مقايسه ضرايب مسير بين مديريت استراتژيك و مديريت كيفيت جامع، فرهنگ سازمان و مديريت استراتژيك كوچكتر از مقدار 0/05 است كه نشان دهنده وجود اختلاف معنادار بين دو بانك است. با توجه به ضرايب مسير مشخص است كه ميزان تاثيرگذاري در هر دو مسير براي بانك ملت قوي‌تر از بانك صادرات است. اما سطح معناداري براي مقايسه ضرايب مسير فرهنگ سازماني و مديريت كيفيت جامع بزرگتر از مقدار 0/05 است كه نشان دهنده عدم وجود تفاوت معنادار بين دو بانك است.

The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population included the employees of Bank Mellat and Saderat branches and the number of samples was 384 through Morgan table. 192 samples were selected from Bank Mellat branches and 192 samples from Bank Saderat branches by random cluster sampling. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Structural equation modeling with PLS software was used to analyze the data. The results showed that organizational culture has a positive and direct effect on total quality management. Strategic management has a positive and direct impact on total quality management. The results also showed that organizational culture has a positive and direct effect on strategic management.In addition, in a comparative study between the two banks, the results showed that the significance level of the test to compare the path coefficients between strategic management and total quality management, organizational culture and strategic management is less than 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the two Is a bank. According to the path coefficients, it is clear that the impact on both paths for Bank Mellat is stronger than Bank Saderat. However, the significant level for comparing the coefficients of organizational culture and total quality management is greater than 0.05, which indicates that there is no significant difference between the two banks.
