از ديد بسياري از صاحب ‌نظران حوزه ژئوپوليتيك، اقتصاد سياسي بين‌الملل و روابط بين‌الملل بخش بزرگي از مبادلات اقتصادي و تجاري و در كل تمركز اقتصادي در جهان در حال حركت به سمت جنوب آسيا و پاسيفيك است؛ هدف اصلي اين مقاله عبارت است از بررسي رقابت‌هاي ژئوپوليتيكي در منطقه جنوب آسيا با تأكيد بر سواحل چابهار ايران و گوادر پاكستان است. سوال اصلي مقاله اين است كه مهم ترين رقابت هاي رقابت‌هاي ژئوپوليتيكي در منطقه جنوب آسيا با تأكيد بر سواحل چابهار ايران و گوادر پاكستان كدام ند؟ روش اين مقاله كيفي است. روش جمع آوري اطلاعات كيفي است. شيوه تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات توصيفي تحليلي است. نتايج مقاله نشان مي دهد كه در اين ميان دو قدرت اقتصادي بزرگ جنوب آسيا يعني چين و هندوستان كه روزانه در حال رشد فزاينده اقتصادي و البته افزايش نياز به انرژي و بازار مصرف هستند، در پي دستيابي به مناطق با اهميت استراتژيك و ژئوپوليتيك براي توسعه همه جانبه خود هستند. لزوم دسترسي به آسياي مركزي و حوزه خليج‌فارس از اهداف مهم چين و هندوستان است. در اين راستا تمايل اين دو كشور به سرمايه‌گذاري در سواحل اقيانوس هند و درياي عمان و حتي خليج فارس قابل توجه است. در حال حاضر اين كشورها به دنبال توسعه زيرساخت‌هاي بنادر گوادر پاكستان، چابهار ايران و صحار عمان هستند.

According to many experts in the field of geopolitics, international political economy and international relations, a large part of economic and trade exchanges and overall economic concentration in the world is moving to South Asia and the Pacific; The main purpose of this article is to examine the geopolitical rivalries in the South Asian region with emphasis on the Chabahar coast of Iran and Gwadar of Pakistan. The main question of the article is what are the most important geopolitical competitions in the South Asian region with emphasis on the coasts of Chabahar in Iran and Gwadar in Pakistan? The method of this article is qualitative. The method of collecting information is qualitative. The method of analyzing descriptive information is analytical. The results of the article show that in the meantime, the two major economic powers of South Asia, namely China and India, which are growing economically every day and of course increasing the need for energy and consumer markets, seek to achieve strategically and geopolitically important regions for development. They are on their side. Access to Central Asia and the Persian Gulf is an important goal for China and India. In this regard, the willingness of these two countries to invest in the coasts of the Indian Ocean and the Sea of ​​Oman and even the Persian Gulf is significant. At present, these countries are seeking to develop the infrastructure of the ports of Pakistan's Gwadar, Iran's Chabahar and the Oman Desert.
