Satisfaction of Graduate students about the factors influencing the research experience in Faculty of Management and Medical Information of Tabriz from in the years2014- 2017

مقدمه: بررسي عوامل موثر بر تجربه پژوهشي مي تواند به ارتقاي كيفيت پايان نامه ها كمك نمايد. از اين سو، هدف اين مطالعه بررسي رضايتمندي فارغ التحصيلان مقاطع تحصيلات تكميلي دانشكده مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي تبريز از عوامل مؤثر بر تجربه پژوهشي بين سال هاي 96-93 مي باشد. روش ها: اين مطالعه توصيفي و مقطعي مي باشد و جامعه آماري مطالعه شامل فارغ التحصيلان مقاطع تحصيلات تكميلي مي باشد كه از ابتداي سال 1393 تا پايان سال 1396 پايان نامه خود را نگاشته و دفاع كرده اند. ابزار گردآوري داده ها پرسشنامه مي باشد. نمونه گيري به روش سرشماري انجام شد و تحليل داده ها بصورت آمار توصيفي (فراواني، درصد فراواني و ميانگين) صورت گرفت. نتايج: نتايج مطالعه نشان مي دهد كه فارغ التحصيلان از زير ساخت ها و امكانات دانشكده، ارائه شرايط و زمينه هاي رشد فكري و روند اجراي پايان نامه، كمترين رضايت و از عوامل گسترش مهارت ها، آزمون پايان نامه، اساتيد راهنما بيشترين رضايت را داشتند. در خصوص تصويب طرح مقدماتي پايان نامه ميزان رضايت در حد متوسط مي باشد و فارغ التحصيلان نسبت به مدت زمان تصويب پروپوزال در گروه آموزشي و دانشكده ميزان رضايت مطلوبي دارند. نتيجه گيري: اگر توجه به عوامل دخيل در فرايند انجام پايان نامه و به خصوص عامل زير ساخت ها و امكانات در اولويت برنامه ريزي آموزش عالي قرار گيرد، انگيزه افراد براي ادامه تحصيل بيشتر شده، پايان نامه ها و مقالات با كيفيت تري نگاشته و چاپ مي شوند، در نتيجه جايگاه ايران در توليدات علمي بالا مي رود.

Introduction: Investigating the factors influencing the research experience can help to improve the quality of dissertations. The aim of this study was to assess the satisfaction of the factors affecting the research experience in faculty of management and medical information graduates in Tabriz during the years 2014-2017. Methods: This study was a descriptive cross-sectional. The statistical population of the study was graduates of postgraduate students who have written and defended their dissertation from the beginning of 2014 till the end of 2017. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire. Sampling was done by census method and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (frequency and mean). Results: The results of the study showed that the least satisfaction of the graduates belongs to the faculty's infrastructure and facilities, providing the conditions and the fields of intellectual growth and thesis implementation, and the factors of expanding skills, thesis test, and supervisors were most satisfied. Concerning approval of the preliminary thesis project, the satisfaction level is moderate and the graduates are satisfied with the duration of the approval of the proposal in the faculty and department. Conclusion: If attention is paid to the factors involved in the process of doing the thesis, and especially the factor of infrastructure and facilities in the priority of higher education planning, the motivation of individuals to continue their studies, theses and articles will be written and printed better, and as a result, the Iran's position in scientific production will be rise.
