چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﺮﺑﯿﮕﺮي ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺑﺮ آﻣﻮزش و اﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف، ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و در دﺳﺘﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﻗﺮار دارد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎﺗﯽ در ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﻫﺎي ﮐﻮﭼﮏ و ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ در ﺷﻬﺮ اراك ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد آﻧﻬﺎ 305 ﻧﻔﺮ، ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﺑﺮاي ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ، ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ 174 ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه اﺳﺖ و ﺑﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﻌﺪ از ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ رواﯾﯽ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن و ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن در ﺷﺮﮐﺖﻫﺎي ﮐﻮﭼﮏ و ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ و اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آزﻣﻮن آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ، ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آزﻣﻮن ﻣﺪل ﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري)ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ( ﺑﺎ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار ﻟﯿﺰرل ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﺎت ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ در ﭘﺎﯾﺎن ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮان، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ و ﻣﻬﺎرتﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺑﺮ اﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﮐﺎﮐﻨﺎن؛ ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮان، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ داﻧﺶ و ﻣﻬﺎرتﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺑﺮ آﻣﻮزش ﮐﺎﮐﻨﺎن؛ و در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ اموزش ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﺑﺮ اﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of manager coaching on staff training and motivation. This research is an applied research in terms of purpose and is in the category of causal research. The study population consisted of operational managers in small and medium companies in Arak, which was used for sampling Cochran's formula, then with the confirmation of validity by experts in small and medium companies and university professors and the reliability of the questionnaire with Data were collected using Cronbach's alpha test. Using structural equation modeling test (path analysis) with the help of LISREL software to analyze the hypotheses. The results indicate the positive effect of organizational training variables, skills and competencies of managers, compensation system and services on human resource motivation and also the positive effect of variables of skills and competencies of managers and compensation system and services on employee empowerment.
