بررسي رابطه مديريت راهبردي و توسعه پايدار روستايي(مطالعه موردي: بخش مركزي شهرستان سيريك)

Investigating the Relationship between Strategic Management and Sustainable Rural Development (Case Study: Central Part of Sirik County)

توسعه پايدار مفهومي است كه پس از گزارش كميسيون جهاني محيط زيست و توسعه در 1987، توانست تمامي رويكردهاي ديگر كه تا آن زمان غالب بودند را كنار زده و به گفتمان غالب در توسعه جوامع تبديل شود. بنابر تعريف كميسيون جهاني محيط زيست و توسعه، توسعه پايدار، توسعه‌اي است كه نيازهاي نسل فعلي را بدون ايجاد اشكال در توانايي نسل‌هاي آينده در برآوردن احتياجات خود تأمين مي‌نمايد. حوزه‌هاي روستايي به عنوان قاعده نظام و فعاليت ملي نقش اساسي در توسعه ملي ايفا مي‌كنند؛ زيرا توسعه پايدار سرزمين در گرو پايداري نظام روستايي به عنوان زير نظام تشكيل ‌دهنده نظام سرزمين است و پايداري فضاهاي روستايي در ابعاد مختلف مي‌تواند نقش مؤثري در توسعه منطقه‌اي و ملي داشته باشد و اگر در جريان پيشرفت و توسعه فضاهاي روستايي وقفه‌اي ايجاد شود، آثار و پيامدهاي آن نه تنها حوزه-هاي روستايي؛ بلكه مناطق شهري و در نهايت، كليات سرزمين را در بر خواهد گرفت. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي رابطه مديريت راهبردي و توسعه پايدار روستايي(مطالعه موردي: بخش مركزي شهرستان سيريك) انجام شد. روش پژوهش از لحاظ هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش توصيفي- تحليلي بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش صاحب‌نظران و متخصصان بخش مركزي شهرستان سيرك بودند كه به شيوه هدفمن 47 نفر از آن‌ها انتخاب شدند. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار spss استفاده شد. نتايج ضريب همبستگي نشان داد بين مديريت راهبردي و توسعه پايدار روستايي ارتباط معنادار وجود دارد. از بين عوامل مديريت راهبردي عامل اقتصادي مهم‌ترين عامل مي‌باشد.

According to the World Commission on Environment and Development, sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the current generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Rural areas as a rule of national system and activity play a key role in national development; Because the sustainable development of the land depends on the sustainability of the rural system as a sub-system constituting the land system and the sustainability of rural spaces in various dimensions can play an effective role in regional and national development. Its effects and consequences are not only rural areas; Rather, it will cover urban areas and, ultimately, the land as a whole. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between strategic management and sustainable rural development (Case study: Central part of Sirik city). The research method was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. The statistical population of the study was experts and specialists in the central part of the circus city, 47 of whom were selected by purposeful method. SPSS software was used to analyze the data. The results of correlation coefficient showed that there is a significant relationship between strategic management and sustainable rural development. Among the factors of strategic management, the economic factor is the most important factor.
