وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎ و ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽﻫﺎي ﺷﺨﺼﯿ ﺘﯽ ﯾﮏ آﻣﻮزﮔﺎر ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ در ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ و ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ او ﻧﻘﺶ داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽﻫﺎي ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺘﯽ آﻣﻮزﮔﺎران و ﭘﯿﻮﻧﺪ اﯾﻦ وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎرآﯾﯽ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ آﻧﺎن ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ.روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع آﻣﯿﺨﺘﻪ )ﮐﻤّﯽ و ﮐﯿﻔﯽ( و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن روانﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺘﯽ، ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و آﻣﻮزﮔﺎران ﻣﺪارس ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻄﻪ دوم ﻫﻤﺪان )65 ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺺ، 384 ﻣﺪﯾﺮ و 2415 آﻣﻮزﮔﺎر( ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽﻫﺎي ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺘﯽ آﻣﻮزﮔﺎران 40 ﻧﻔﺮﺑﺎ روش دردﺳﺘﺮس ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮاي ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪهاﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ 13 ﻣﺪﯾﺮ و 60 آﻣﻮزﮔﺎر ﺑﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺧﻮﺷﻪاي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪه و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺖ ﻧﺌﻮ )1983( و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻣﺤﻘﻖﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ را ﭘﺎﺳﺦ دادهاﻧﺪ. ﭘﺲ از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﻣﻀﻤﻮن ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪﻫﺎي اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه و ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪن ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽﻫﺎي ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺘﯽ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺷﺮﮐﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن ﺗﮑﻤﯿﻞ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ روش ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن و ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار 25-SPSSﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ.ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪﻫﺎ، اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي ﭘﺮاﻧﺮژي ﺑﻮدن، ﺑﺮدﺑﺎري، ﻣﻬﺎرتﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ، ﻫﻤﺪﻟﯽ، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ، اﺷﺘﯿﺎق ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪﻫﺎي ﺗﺎزه، ﺳﺎزﮔﺎري، ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮي و وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي اﺧﻼﻗﯽ- رﻓﺘﺎري ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن ﻧﺸﺎن داده اﺳﺘﮑﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽﻫﺎي ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺘﯽ آﻣﻮزﮔﺎران ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎرآﯾﯽ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ آﻧﺎن راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ وﺟﻮد دارد )0/01
چكيده لاتين :
Teacher's personality traits and competencies can play a role in the quality and
efficiency of his / her educational performance.The purpose of this study was
to identify the personality competencies of teachers and the relationship of
these competencies with their educational efficiency.The research method was
mixed (quantitative and qualitative) and the statistical population was
educational psychologists, principals, and teachers of secondary schools in
Hamadan (65 specialists, 384 principals, and 2415 teachers). In order to
identify the personality competencies of teachers, 40 people were selected as
the sample for the interview through the available method. Also, 13 principals
and 60 teachers were selected through cluster sampling method. They
answered NEO-PI (Costa &McCare, 1983) and the researcher-made
questionnaires. After analyzing the content of the interviews and identifying
the personality competencies, the research questionnaires were completed by
the participants. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation method using
SPSS-25 software.The result of the content analysis of the interviews was the
extraction of the characteristics of energeticness, tolerance, communication
skills, empathy, management, eagerness for new experiences, adjustment,
responsibility, and positive ethical-behavioral characteristics. Also, Pearson
correlation showed that there is a positive relationship between teachers'
personality competencies and their educational efficiency (P < 0.01; r = 0.54)
and the component of communication skills has the highest correlation with
teachers' educational efficiency (r = 0.64).The higher the characteristics of
energeticness, tolerance, communication skills, empathy, management,
eagerness for new experiences, adjustment, responsibility, and positive moralbehavioral
characteristics in teachers, the higher their educational efficiency.
