بررسي رابطه ميان شيوه‌زندگي و معماري خانه‌ با نگاهي بر تاثير مدرنيته (مطالعه موردي: خانه‌هاي پلكاني در جغرافياي اميرآباد پاوه)

Investigating the relationship between lifestyle and home architecture with a look at the impact of modernity (Case report: stepped houses in Amirabad Paveh neighborhood)

شكل‌گيري معماري خانه‌ها متاثر از عوامل متعددي است كه تمامي آنها از نظر ميزان اهميت و تاثيرگذاري در يك سطح قرار نمي‌گيرند. به نظر يكي از مهمترين آنها، شيوه‌‌زندگي است كه با داشتن مقوله‌هايي همچون"فرهنگ"،" اجتماع" و" اقتصاد"، ويژگي‌‌هاي كالبدي خانه‌ها را دچار تغيير مي‌نمايد. با اين فرض، در مقاله حاضر سعي شده تا با تعيين جايگاه شيوه‌زندگي معاصر و اهميت مقوله‌هاي آن، ويژگي‌‌هاي كالبدي در معماري خانه‌‌هاي پلكاني پاوه بررسي شود. در اين پژوهش، روش تحقيق از نوع تحليلي- توصيفي است كه براي بررسي همبستگي ميان عامل‌ها، از روش "تحليل عاملي" استفاده شد. براي پيمايش مدل نظري بدست آمده از مباني نظري ابتدا "پرسشنامه‌اي بسته" با مقياس ليكرت پنج‌تايي طراحي و سپس براي تحليل داده‌هاي آن‌ از نرم افزار "اسمارت پي ال اس" استفاده شد. البته براي اينكه بتوان نتايج حاصل از نمونه‌هاي بررسي شده را به كل جامعه آماري تعميم داد، نمونه‌ها به صورت "تصادفي ساده" انتخاب شدند. سرانجام با استفاده از روش "رولوه" و "عكسبرداري"، الگوها و برخي از مهمترين تغييرات آن‌ها بدست آمد. بر خلاف انتظار، نتايج حاصل از پرسشنامه نشان داد زيرمجموعه‌هاي "بوروكراتيك شدن" و "تجاري شدن" نسبت به ساير زيرمجموعه‌ها براي ساكنان از اهميت كمتري برخوردار است و آنچه مهم مي‌باشد "رسانه‌اي شدن" زندگي امروز است. در "رولوه" نيز، تحولاتي از قبيل؛ "تقليل اهميت حريم خصوصي"؛ "انتقال محل تفريح و جشن‌ها به بيرون از خانه"؛ "انتقال محل نگهداري دام به بيرون از خانه و شهر" و ... ديده مي‌شود.

The formation of the architecture of houses is influenced by several factors, not all of which are on the same level in terms of importance and impact. In the opinion of one of the most important of them, It is a way of life that, by having categories such as "culture", "community" and "economy", changes the physical characteristics of houses. With this assumption, in the present article, by determining the position of contemporary lifestyle and the importance of its categories, the physical characteristics in the architecture of Paveh stepped houses are examined. In this research, the research method is analytical-descriptive. To investigate the correlation between factors, the "factor analysis" method was used. To survey the theoretical model obtained from the theoretical foundations, first a "closed questionnaire" with a five-point Likert scale was designed and then "Smart PLS" software was used to analyze its data. However, in order to generalize the results of the studied samples to the whole statistical population, the samples were selected as "simple random". Finally, using the "roleve" and "photography" methods, the patterns and some of their most important changes were obtained. The results of the questionnaire showed that the subdivisions of "bureaucratization" and "commercialization" are less important to residents than other subdivisions, and what is important is the "mediaization" of life today. In "roleve", developments such as; "Reducing the importance of privacy"; "Moving the place of entertainment and celebrations out of the house"; "Moving livestock out of the house and the city" can be seen.
