چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف: ﻫﺪف از اﻧﺠﺎم اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ و ﻫﻮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮي ﺑﺎ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﺑﺪﻧﯽ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﻤﺴﻨﯽ ﺑﻮد. روش ﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ: ا ﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺮ ﺣﺴﺐ ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ و روش، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﺑﺪﻧﯽ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﻤﺴﻨﯽ 140 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮده و 135ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﻤﺎم ﺷﻤﺎر ﻣﻮرد آزﻣﻮن ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﻫﻮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮي ﻋﻠﯽ ﺑﺪﯾﻊ و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران )1389(، ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮادﺑﺮي و ﮔﺮﯾﻮز )2005( و ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري رﯾﭽﺎرد واﻟﺘﻮن )2012( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﭘﺎﺳﺦ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺆال ﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از آزﻣﻮن ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن و ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار SPSS اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آزﻣﻮن ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن ﻧﺸﺎن داده ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ و ﻫﻮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮي ﺑﺎ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔ ﯽ ﮐﺎري ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري داﺷﺘﻪ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آزﻣﻮن ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﻧﺸﺎن داده اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ اﺑﻌﺎد ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ ﺧﻮدآﮔﺎﻫﯽ و آﮔﺎﻫﯽ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ( و اﺑﻌﺎد ﻫﻮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮي )ﺗﻔﮑﺮ ﮐﻠﯽ و ﺑﻌﺪ اﻋﺘﻘﺎدي، ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻠﻪ و ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺸﮑﻼت و ﺧﻮدآﮔﺎﻫﯽ و ﻋﺸﻖ و ﻋﻼﻗﻪ( ﻗﺪرت ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن را دارﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction:The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence with the quality of work life of physical education teachers in Mamasani city. research methodology:This research was applied in terms of purpose, as well as descriptive correlation in terms of nature and method. The statistical population in this study was all 140 physical education teachers in Mamasani city, and 135 people were tested by total sampling method. In this study, standard questionnaires of spiritual intelligence of Ali Badie et al. (2010), emotional intelligence of Bradbury and Graves (2005) and quality of work life of Richard Walton (2012) were used. Pearson correlation test, regression analysis and SPSS software were used to answer the research questions. Findings:The results of Pearson correlation test showed that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence had a significant relationship with the quality of teachers' work life and also the results of regression analysis test showed that the dimensions of emotional intelligence (self-awareness and social awareness) and dimensions of spiritual intelligence (general thinking and belief dimension, ability of dealing with and interacting with problems and self-awareness, love and interest) have the power to predict the quality of work life of teachers.
