ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﻣﻌﻠﻢ ﻣﺆﺛﺮﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه در ﻣﺪرﺳﻪ ﺑﻮده و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن از ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي اﺳﺎﺳﯽ ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ و ﺗﺪاوم اﻫﺪاف ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ اﺳﺖ و ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪي ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﻬﻤﯽ در آن ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ داﺷﺖ . ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿ ﻨﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي رواﻧﺸﻨﺎﺧﺘ ﯽ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. روش ﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ: ﺑﻪ روش ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن زن ﻣﺪارس ﻧﺎﺣﯿﻪ 4ﺷﻬﺮ ﺷﯿﺮاز ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 413ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ 198ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﻪ روش ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺧﻮﺷﻪا ي ﭼﻨﺪﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ اي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﭘﺎﺗﺮﺳﻮن، ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي روانﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ اﺳﭙﺮﯾﺘﺰر اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از آزﻣﻮن ﻫﺎي ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن و رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي روانﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري دارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ روش ﮔﺎم ﺑﻪ ﮔﺎم ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ در ﻣﯿﺎن ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي روانﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري، اﻋﺘﻤﺎد، ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬاري و ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻬﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺑﺤﺚ و ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي : ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽ رﺳﺪ ﺑﺮ اي ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠ ﯽ ﺑﻬﺘﺮ اﺳﺖ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ آن را ﺑﺸﻨﺎﺳﯿﻢ ، ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي رواﻧﯽ را ارﺗﻘﺎ دﻫﯿﻢ.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: A teacher is the most effective factor known in school and teachers' job performance is one of the basic indicators of success and continuity of goals of educational organizations and teachers' ability will play an important role in it. The aim of this study was to predict the job performance of teachers based on psychological empowerment. Research Methodology: the Research method was descriptive correlation method and the statistical population included all female teachers in schools in District 4 of Shiraz with 413 people, 198 samples were selected by multi-stage cluster random sampling method. Patterson's Job Performance Questionnaire, Spritzer Psychological Empowerment Questionnaire was used to collect data. Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression tests were used to analyze the data. Findings: The results of correlation coefficient showed that job performance has a positive and significant relationship with psychological empowerment. Also, the results of multiple regression with stepwise method showed that among the components of psychological empowerment, meaningful components, trust, effectiveness and competence were the best predictors of teachers' job performance. Conclusion: It seems that to improve the job performance, it is better to know factors that can affect it, so we should improve Psychological Empowerment
