هدف اصلي اين پژوهش، شناسايي عوامل موثر بر ايجاد يك سيستم پشتيبان تصميم براي سنجش عملكرد سازماني و نوآوري سازماني بر اساس سرمايه فكري با نقش ميانجي مديريت دانش برمبناي رويكرد گراندد تئوري در شركت‌هاي توسعه‌دهنده نرم‌افزار در ايران است .رويكرد بخش كيفي پژوهش، مبتني بر نظريه داده بنياد و ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات، مصاحبه نيمه ساخت‌يافته با 15 نفر از خبرگان حوزه توليد نرم‌افزاراست. 132 مفهوم كليدي، 37 مقوله فرعي و 13 مقوله اصلي از كدها و مؤلفه‌هاي شناسايي شده موثر بر طراحي سيستم تصميم‌يار، از مصاحبه‌ها احصاء و در قالب مدل مفهومي داده بنياد تدوين گرديد. مقولة ‌محوري، سيستم تصميم‌يار است و با توجه به شرايط علي، شرايط زمينه‌اي، شرايط مداخله‌گر، راهبردها و نتايج، تدوين و مدل نهايي ارائه شد. سپس با روش دلفي، پرسشنامه‌اي طراحي و مدل اوليه توسط خبرگان اصلاح و تأييد شد. جهت آزمون مدل و فرضيه‌هاي تحقيق، پرسشنامه‌اي طراحي و اطلاعات توسط 323 نفر ازكارشناسان ارشد و مديران، گردآوري شد و تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها و آزمون فرضيه‌ها با روش معادلات ساختاري و استفاده از نرم‌افزار PLS صورت پذيرفت. نتايج مرحله كمي، روابط موجود در مدل را با ضرايب تأثير مناسبي تاييد كرد و نتايج با بخش كيفي همخواني داشت.

The main purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the creation of a decision support system to measure organizational performance and organizational innovation based on intellectual capital with the mediating role of knowledge management based on Grounded theory approach in software development companies in Iran. The qualitative part approach is based on grounded theory. The data collection tool is a semi-structured interview with 15 experts in the field of software production. . The central category is the decision-making system, and according to the causal conditions, background conditions, intervening conditions, strategies and results, the final model was developed. Then, by Delphi research method, a questionnaires was signed and the initial model were modified and approved by experts. In the model test, research hypotheses were developed and to test them, a questionnaire was designed and information was collected by 323 senior experts and managers. Data collection and analysis and hypothesis testing with confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation methods was done using PLS software. accepted. The results of the quantitative stage showed that the relationships in the model were confirmed with appropriate effect coefficients and were consistent with the qualitative part
