بررسي صلاحيت‌هاي حرفه‌اي معلمان درس مهارت ‌هاي زندگي در مقطع متوسطه بر اساس رويكرد ارزشيابي دانش آموزان

Assessing The Professional Competencies of High School Life Skills Teachers Based on Students' Evaluation Approach

مقدمه: انجام مطالعات كاربردي در جهت ارزيابي ميزان برخورداري معلمان از صلاحيت هاي حرفه اي، امري ضروريست. در همين راستا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي صـلاحيت­ هـاي حرفـه ­اي معلمـان دوره متوسطه اول در درس مهارت­ هاي زندگي بر اساس رويكرد ارزشيابي دانش آموزان، انجـام شـده است. روش ها: پژوهش حاضر در سال تحصيلي96-95 با استفاده از روش توصيفي- مقطعي انجام شد. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل دانش آموزان دوره متوسطه اول در شهر شيراز بود كه در در سال تحصيلي 97-1396، مشغول به تحصيل بودند و از بين آنها 385 نفر از دانش آموزان با استفاده از روش نمونه ­گيري خوشه­ اي چند مرحله ­اي و از طريق فرمول تعيين حجم نمونه مورگان و كرجسي، به عنوان نمونه آماري پژوهش انتخاب شده و در پژوهش مشاركت داده شدند. ابزار مطالعه، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته صلاحيت هاي حرفه اي معلم بود و تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي پژوهش، با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS 22 و شاخص هاي آماري فراواني، درصد، ميانگين، انحراف معيار، واريانس، تحليل عاملي تاييدي و آزمونT وابسته استفاده گرديد. يافته ها: نتايج آزمون t وابسته نشان داد بين وضع موجود و مطلوب صلاحيتهاي حرفه اي معلمان در هر سه صلاحيت مورد بررسي، تفاوت معناداري وجود دارد(0/05≤P) و به عبارتي براي رسيدن به وضعيت مطلوب فاصله وجود دارد. نتيجه گيري: با نظر به نتايج اكتسابي از مطالعه حاضر كه بيانگر عدم برخورداري معلمان از صلاحيتهاي حرفه اي بود، ضروري است مواردي نظير رعايت دقيق اصل شايسته محوري در گزينش معلمان، توجه به مولفه هاي رفاهي و معيشتي معلمان، برگزاري دوره هاي نوين ضمن خدمت، برگزاري كارگاه ها و جلسات آموزشيِ مشاركت محور، تدوين نظام جامع ارزيابي از فعاليت هاي حرفه اي معلمان، انجام نظارت سازمان يافته و همچنين انجام اقدامات اصلاحي در اين زمينه، مورد توجه قرار گيرد و بستر مناسبي در جهت ارتقا و توسعه صلاحيت هاي حرفه اي معلمان، فراهم گردد.

Introduction: it is essential to carry out applied studies to assess the extent to which teachers have professional qualifications. In this regard, the present study was conducted with the aim of examining the professional competencies of first-year teachers in the life skills curriculum based on the student's assessment approach. Methods: This study was conducted in the academic year of 96-95 using descriptivecross sectional method. The statistical population of the study consisted of first-year students in Shiraz, who were studying in the academic year of 2017-18 and 385 of them were selected using multistage cluster sampling method. Through the Morgan and Krejsi sample size determination formula, they were selected as the statistical sample of the study and participated in the research. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire developed by the teacher's professional qualifications. The data were analyzed using SPSS 22 software and frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, variance, confirmatory factor analysis and dependent T-test. Results:The results of t-test showed that there is a significant difference between the present and the desired status of teachers' professional competencies in all three qualifications (P≤0.05), in other words, to reach the desired situation. Conclusion: Considering the acquired results of the present study, which indicates that teachers do not have professional competencies, it is necessary to consider such issues as strictly adhering to the principle of choosing teachers, paying attention to the welfare and livelihood components of teachers, holding new courses in service , Organizing workshops and participatory training sessions, developing a comprehensive system of evaluation of teachers' professional activities, conducting organized oversight and conducting corrective actions in this field, and providing a suitable platform for the promotion and development of professional qualifications of teachers, Provided.
