Designing a Successful School Management Process Model Based on ISSPP International Research Findings

مقدمه: پروژه ISSPP در سال 2001 به اجرا درآمد و همچنان به دنبال درك ويژگي ها، گرايشات و خصوصيات مديران موفق مدارس موفق هستند. نتايج مطالعه موردي در كشورهاي مختلف نشان مي‌دهد كه مديران آموزشي موفق داراي خصوصيات برجسته‌اي هستند. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسايي ويژگي ‌هاي مديران مدارس موفق بر اساس پژوهش ‌هاي انجام ‌شده در پروژه ISSPPو ارائه الگوي مديريت مدارس موفق با منطق پارادايمي است. روش ها: روش پژوهش، كيفي و مبتني بر نظريه داده بنياد است. جامعه‌ي آماري پژوهش حاضر شامل متخصصان و صاحب نظران آموزش و پرورش و اساتيد دانشگاهي بودند كه تعداد 15 نفر به روش نمونه گيري گلوله برفي به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش مقالات انتشاريافته در پايگاه رسمي اينترنتي ISSPP در دانشگاه ناتينگهام انگلستان و مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته بود. تعداد كل مقالات منتشر شده در اين پايگاه تا پايان سال 2019 بالغ ‌بر يكصد مقاله بود كه اين پژوهش به بررسي 36 مقاله مرتبط با ويژگي ‌هاي مدير مدارس موفق پرداخته است. تحليل اين داده ها با روش داده بنياد و كد گذاري باز، محوري و انتخابي انجام شد. يافته ها: از تحليل مصاحبه ها و مقالات در مرحله كد گذاري از 393 مفهوم، در مرحله كد گذاري محوري 40 مقوله فرعي و در كد گذاري انتخابي پنج مقوله اصلي دسته بندي شد. نتيجه گيري: در نهايت مدل پارادايمي در قالب پديده محوري(فلسفه، بينش و ارزش ها)، شرايط علّي(الگوي رهبري)، شرايط زمينه اي(رفتارها و خصوصيات شخصيتي)، شرايط مداخله اي(مداخلات سازماني)، راهبرد ها(روابط) و پيامدها(موفقيت) تدوين شد.

Introduction: Successful leadership is essential for the success of schools and the education system. The ISSPP project was conducted in 2001 to implement revenue and continue to look for specific features, trends and successful features in a successful circuit. This is because this research is specific to ISSPP and provides evidence of successful management with a paradigm logic that characterizes it because schools succeed in doing research. Methods: The research method is qualitative and based on data theory. The statistical population of the present study included education specialists and experts, successful administrators and university professors. From the statistical population, 15 people were selected through purposive sampling to achieve theoretical saturation. The research tools were articles published on the ISSPP official website at the University of Nottingham, England, and semi-structured interviews. The total number of articles published in this database by the end of 2019 was over 100 articles. This study examined 36 articles related to the characteristics of a successful school principal. In order to analyze the data obtained from the interview and selected articles, the data base method and open, pivotal and selective coding have been used. Results: The results of data analysis showed that successful school principals have 40 indicators in five categories of leadership practices, organizational interventions, behaviors and personality traits, philosophy of insights and values, relationships. Conclusion: Finally, the paradigm model in the form of central phenomena (philosophy, insights and values), causal conditions (leadership model), contextual conditions (behaviors and personality traits), intervention conditions (organizational interventions), strategies (relationships) and consequences (success) was compiled.
