تأثير چندرسانه‌اي آموزشي بر راهبردهاي حل مسئله و هدف‌گرايي تحصيلي دانشجويان

The Impact of Educational Multimedia on Problem Solving Strategies and of Student Academic Goal-orientation

مقدمه: ازجمله مزيت‌هاي استفاده از چندرسانه‌اي آموزشي بالا بردن انگيزه دانشجويان براي مشاركت و همكاري، ارتقاي مهارت‌هاي حل مسئله و تسهيل دستيابي به هدف است. پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسي تأثير چندرسانه‌اي آموزشي بر راهبردهاي حل مسئله و هدف‌گرايي تحصيلي دانشجويان انجام‌گرفته است. روش ها: روش پژوهش آزمايشي با طرح پيش‌آزمون – پس‌آزمون با گروه كنترل است. جامعه‌ي آماري شامل كليه دانشجويان كارشناسي رشته مديريت عمومي دانشگاه پيام نور آران و بيدگل در سال 97-96 مي‌باشند كه 60 نفر از آن‌ها به روش نمونه‌گيري در دسترس به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه 30 نفره آزمايش و كنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمايش 8 جلسه 1 ساعته در محيط چندرسانه‌اي آموزش ديدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه راهبردهاي حل مسئله كسيدي و لانگ (2002) و هدف‌گرايي تحصيلي بوفارد و همكاران (1998) مي‌باشد. يافته ها: يافته‌هاي پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون كوواريانس نشان داد چندرسانه‌اي آموزشي بر راهبردهاي حل مسئله و هدف‌گرايي تحصيلي دانشجويان تأثير دارد (0/001>P). چندرسانه‌اي آموزشي بر مؤلفه‌هاي راهبردهاي حل مسئله (درماندگي، كنترل، اجتناب، خلاقيت، اعتماد، گرايش) و مؤلفه‌هاي هدف‌گرايي تحصيلي (تسلط هدف، عملكرد و پرهيز از شكست) دانشجويان تأثير دارد (0/001>P). نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج پژوهش نشان داد چندرسانه‌اي آموزشي بر راهبردهاي حل مسئله و هدف‌گرايي در دانشجويان تأثير دارد. از اين مي‌توان از چندرسانه‌اي آموزشي در جهت آموزش به يادگيرندگان در دروس و مقاطع تحصيلي ديگر استفاده كرد.

Introduction: Technology is fast growing and educational multimedia is a kind of technology nowadays used as a tool for education. Some of the most important advantages of using educational multimedia is to raise the student's motivation for participation, collaboration skills, problem-solving skills, and facilitate the achievement of the goal. The aim of the current study was to investigate the impact of educational multimedia on problem solving strategies and academic goal-orientation of student. Methods: The research method was experimental with pretest - posttest design and a control group. The statistical population was composed all undergraduate students of Payame Noor University of Aran and Bidgol in the year 2017-2018, 60 of them were selected by available sampling method as sample and were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups (n=30). The experimental group trained 8 sessions of 1 hour in a multimedia environment. The research tools include Cassidy and Lang problem solving strategies (2002) and academic goal-orientation of Buffard&et al (1998) questionnaire. Results: The findings of the study using a multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) showed that educational multimedia influences the problem-solving strategies and academic goal-orientation of students (P<0.001). Educational multimedia influences the components of problem-solving strategies (failure to resolve the issue, avoidance problem, avoiding, creative, confidence, trends) and the components of academic goal-orientation (mastery of purpose, performance and avoidance of failure). (P<0.001). Conclusion: The results of the study showed that educational multimedia influences the problem-solving strategies and and enhances the problem-solving skills and facilitates the achievement of the goal. This new method of educational multimedia can be used to educate learners in other courses and academic grades.
