Spiritual Experiences of People with Gender Dysphoria

هدف اين پژوهش بررسي تجـارب معنـوي افراد بـا ملالت جنسيتي بـود. روش پژوهش كيفي از نوع پديدارنگـري بـود و در حوزه پزشكي قانوني در جنوب كشور انجـام شـد. شركت كنندگان 10 فـرد بـا ملالت جنسيتي (6 نفر مذكر بيولوژيك و 4نفر مؤنث بيولوژيك بودنـد كـه بـه روش و گلوله برفي انتخـاب شـدند و مورد مصاحبـة عميـق و نيمه ساختارمند قرار گرفتند. داده هـا بـه روش تحليـل محـتـواي كيفـى تحليـل شـد. در كدگذاري محـوري، ضمـن مقايسه مقوله هـا و كدهـا، ارتباط آنهـا بررسي و درنهايت از تحليل داده هـا مضمون اصلـى مـيـل بـه معنويـت و طبقه هاي كلي توسل، پذيرش، تقديـر الهـي و آرامـش استخراج شد. نتايج نشان داد تجـارب معنـوي افراد با ملالت جنسيتي طيف گستره اي از اصـول را شامل مي شـود. افراد شركت كننده در پژوهش احساس ناامني، ترس از تنهايي و يافتن هويت را دلايل اصلـي خـود بـراي توجـه بـه معنويـت عنـوان كردند. مي توان نتيجه گرفت كه علاوه بر نياز جسمي، بعـد معنوي زندگي افراد با ملالت جنسيتي بايد به دقـت مـورد توجـه قرار گيرد تا سلامت فردي و اجتماعـي أنـان تضميـن شـود.

This study aimed to investigate the spiritual experiences of people with gender dysphoria The search method was descrip Ttive phenomenography in the forensic field of the south of Iran. 10 participants with Gender Dysphoria (4 biological females and 6 biological males) were selected by purposeful snowballing and were interviewed in-depth and semi-structured. Data were analyzed using the qualitative content analysis technique. In axial coding, while comparing categories and codes with each other, their relationship was examined, and finally, the main theme of desire for spirituality followed by general categories titled Resort, Acceptance, Destiny, and Relaxation was extracted from data analysis. Results showed that the spiritual experiences of transgender people cover a wide range of principles. The participants in the study cited the feelings of insecurity, fear of loneliness, and Finding identity as their main reasons for paying attention to spirituality. Findings suggest that in addition to the physical need, the spiritual dimension of transgender people's lives must be carefully considered to ensure their individual and social health.
