چكيده فارسي :
ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ: زﻧﺎن ﺑﺎردار ﻣﺴﺘﻌﺪ آﺳﯿﺐﭘﺬﯾﺮي از اﻧﻮاع ﺗﻨﺶﻫﺎ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ و ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ دﯾﮕﺮان، ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ در ﻣﻌﺮض ﻣﺸﮑﻼت رواﻧﺸﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ و ﺟﺴﻤﺎﻧﯽ ﻗﺮار دارﻧﺪ. از اﯾﻦرو، ﻣﺪاﺧﻼت رواﻧﺸﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﺑﺮاي اﯾﻦ ﮔﺮوه ﻻزم اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ آﻣﻮزش ذﻫﻦآﮔﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺳﺒﮏ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ارﺗﻘﺎدﻫﻨﺪه ﺳﻼﻣﺖ و ﻗﺪرت اﯾﮕﻮ زﻧﺎن ﺑﺎردار اﺳﺖ.
ﻣﻮاد و روشﻫﺎ: در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﯿﻤﻪآزﻣﺎﯾ ﺸﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻃﺮح ﭘﯿﺶ آزﻣﻮن ﭘﺲآزﻣﻮن، ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري، ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻣﺮﮐﺮ ﻣ ﺸﺎوره و ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﻣﺎﻣﺎﯾﯽ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﻣﺎدران ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان از ﭘﺎﯾﯿﺰ 98 ﺗﺎ ﺑﻬﺎر 99 ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺑﻪ روش در د ﺳﺘﺮس ﺑﻮد. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼـــﺎدﻓﯽ در ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ )15 ﻧﻔﺮ( و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل )15ﻧﻔﺮ( ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻦ ﺷـــﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﻌﺪ از اﻧﺠﺎم ﭘﯿﺶآزﻣﻮن، آﻣﻮزش ذﻫﻦآﮔﺎﻫﯽ ﻃﯽ 8 ﺟﻠﺴﻪ ﺑﺮ روي ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. در ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ اي ﺻﻮرت ﻧﮕﺮﻓﺖ. ﺳﭙﺲ، ﭘﺲ آزﻣﻮن در ﻫﺮ دو ﮔﺮوه اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ، ﭘﺮ ﺳ ﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺳﺒﮏ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺳﻼﻣﺖWalker )2003( و ﭘﺮ ﺳ ﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ رواﻧ ﺸﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﻗﺪرت اﯾﮕﻮ ﺑﻮد. دادهﻫﺎ ﺗﻮ ﺳﻂ آزﻣﻮن ﮐﻮوارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﭼﻨﺪﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮي ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ.
ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: آﻣﻮزش ذﻫﻦآﮔﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺳﺒﮏ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ارﺗﻘﺎدﻫﻨﺪه ﺳﻼﻣﺖ در ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ )11/812=F(، ورزش )8/961=F(، ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ-ﭘﺬﯾﺮي در ﻣﻮرد ﺳﻼﻣﺖ )9/187=F(، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﺳﺘﺮس )12/873=F(، ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﺑﯿﻦﻓﺮدي )10/976=F(، ﺧﻮدﺷﮑﻮﻓﺎﯾﯽ )11/707=F(؛ ﻗﺪرت اﯾﮕﻮ در ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي اﻣﯿﺪ )12/218=F(، ﻋﺸﻖ )11/98=F(، وﻓﺎداري )9/219=F(، ﻣﺮاﻗﺒﺖ )9/202=F( و ﺧﺮد )12/875=F( ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ داﺷﺘﻨﺪ.
ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: آﻣﻮزش ذﻫﻦآﮔﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺳﺒﮏ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ارﺗﻘﺎدﻫﻨﺪه ﺳﻼﻣﺖ و ﻗﺪرت اﯾﮕﻮ زﻧﺎن ﺑﺎردار ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار ﺑﻮد. ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ذﻫﻦآﮔﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺳﺒﮏ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ارﺗﻘﺎدﻫﻨﺪه ﺳﻼﻣﺖ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﮐﻨﺘﺮل و اداره ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﺎت، اﺑﻌﺎد ﺟﺴﻤﯽ و ذﻫﻨﯽ و ﺑﺮ ﻗﺪرت اﯾﮕﻮ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯿﺴﻢﻫﺎي ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ، آﮔﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﺪن، ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ ﻫﯿﺠﺎن و ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات در دﯾﺪﮔﺎه ﻓﺮد از ﺧﻮدش ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: Pregnant women are vulnerable to various types of stress, thus being more exposed to psychological and physical problems than others. Accordingly, educational and psychological interventions for this period are essential for this group of people in society. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of mindfulness training on a lifestyle that promotes health and ego strength in pregnant women.
Materials and Methods: The present research is a quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest design. Its statistical population includes all pregnant women, from 25 to 35 years old, in Tehran from the fall of 2019 to the spring of 2020. The sample size in the experimental methods is equal to 15 people for each group. Therefore, 15 people in the experimental group and 15 in the control group are considered. The sampling method is available due to the nature of the research samples. The data collection tools are as follows: a) Walker Health Lifestyle Questionnaire (2003) and b) Igo Power Psychological Questionnaire (PIES). The data of this study are analyzed using an analysis of covariance.
Results: Mindfulness training is effective in health-promoting lifestyle in the component of nutrition (F: 11.812), exercise (F: 8.961), health responsibility (F: 9.187), stress management (F: 9.187), interpersonal support (F: 10.976), and self-fulfillment (F: 11.707), ego power in the component of hope (F: 12.218), love (F: 11.98), loyalty (F: 9.219), care ( F: 9.202), and micro (F: 12.875). Conclusion: Based on the findings, mindfulness training enhances the health and ego strength of pregnant women.
