بررسي علل، عوامل و چگونگي خلع سلاح بختياري‌ها در عصر رضاشاه پهلوي

Investigating the Causes, Factors and Disarming the Bakhtiaris in the Era of Reza Shah Pahlavi

در طي دوره قاجار و به‌ويژه پس از انقلاب مشروطه، فتح تهران و جنگ جهاني اول، بختياري­ها اسلحه‌هاي مجهز و مدرني به دست آوردند. با در اختيار داشتن همين تسليحات بود كه آنها نه تنها توانستند تفوق و برتري خود را حفظ نمايند بلكه غالباً دولت مركزي ايران را نيز با چالش‌هاي جديي مواجه مي­ساختند. با روي كار آمدن دولت پهلوي، رضاشاه پهلوي تصميم گرفت تا قدرت بختياري­ها را با گرفتن اسلحه از دست آنها تضعيف نمايد. در اين پژوهش به روش توصيفي- تحليلي و با استفاده از منابع و اسناد تاريخي كوشش مي­گردد تا به اين سؤالات پاسخ داده شود: اهداف و انگيزه­هاي دولت پهلوي از خلع سلاح ايل بختياري چه بود؟ و بختياري­ها چه واكنش­هايي نسبت به امر خلع سلاح خودشان نشان دادند؟ يافته­هاي اين پژوهش نشان مي­دهد كه رضاشاه پهلوي در راستاي جلوگيري از تهديدات نظامي بختياري­ها و كاهش خطرات قدرت آنها براي دولت متمركزش، تصميم به خلع سلاح آنها گرفت اما خان­هاي بختياري­ اگر چه در مرحله اول خلع سلاح مقاومت چنداني نكرده و بخشي از تفنگ­هاي طوايف ابواب‌جمعي خود را گرفته و تحويل دادند اما در مرحله دوم خلع سلاح كه پس از دستگيري و اعدام خان­ها توسط دولت پهلوي صورت گرفت، هم مأموران دولتي خشونت و شدت عمل به خرج دادند و هم بختياري­ها كوشش كردند تا همه تسليحات خود را تحويل آنها ندهند.

During the Qajar period, and especially after the Constitutional Revolution, the conquest of Tehran, and World War I, the Bakhtiari acquired modern, well-equipped weapons. It was with these weapons that they not only managed to maintain their supremacy, but also often posed serious challenges to the central government of Iran. With the coming to power of the Pahlavi government, Reza Shah Pahlavi decided to weaken the power of the Bakhtiari by taking weapons from them. In this research, descriptive-analytical method and using historical sources and documents are tried to answer these questions: What were the goals and motives of the Pahlavi government to disarm the Bakhtiari tribe? an‎d how did the Bakhtiari react to their disarmament? The findings of this study show that Reza Shah Pahlavi, in order to prevent the military threats of the Bakhtiari people and reduce the dangers of their power to the centralized government, decided to disarm them. They did not and took and handed over some of the guns of their ancestral tribes, but in the second phase of disarmament, which took place after the arrest and execution of Khans by the Pahlavi government, both government officials and Bakhtiari used force and violence. They tried not to hand over all their weapons to them.
