بررسي تاثير ويژگي‌هاي شخصيتي و انگيزه فردي بر تمايل رفتار توده وار سرمايه گذاران با نقش تعديلي تجربه و دانش مالي در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

Investigating the Effect of Personality Traits and Individual Motivation on the Tendency of Investors' Herd Behavior with the Moderating Role of Experience and Financial Knowledge in Tehran Stock Exchange

يكي از چالش برانگيزترين مشاهدات در بازارهاي مالي در سال هاي اخير، رفتارهاي توده وار و عكس العمل بيش از اندازه سرمايه گذاران و در نتيجه تصميم گيري غير عقلايي است. در حوزه مالي رفتاري ويژگيهاي روانشناختي سرمايه گذاران يكي ازمهمترين عوامل موثر بر تصميم گيري سرمايه گذاران و رفتار توده وار آنان شناخته شده است. در اين پژوهش به بررسي تاثير ويژگي هاي شخصيتي و انگيزه فردي بر تمايل رفتار تودهوار سرمايه گذاران با نقش تعديلي تجربه و دانش مالي در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران پرداخته شده است. قلمرو زماني مطالعه حاضر شش ماه اول سال 1400 مي باشد. جامعه آماري تحقيق حاضر، كليه ي سرمايه گذاران در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در نظر گرفته شد و بر اساس روش نمونه گيري دردسترس و طبق جدول مورگان، حجم نمونه آماري برابر با 322 نفر انتخاب شد و پرسشنامه بين آن ها توزيع گرديد. متغير تيپ هاي شخصيتي براساس نظريه هورناي، سازگار، پرخاشگر و جدي و متغير انگيزه فردي، عوامل احساسي، قابليت شناختي و عوامل اجتماعي در نظر گرفته شدند. داده ها با استفاده از شاخص هاي آمار توصيفي و تحليل استنباطي در قالب فرضيه هاي پژوهش تجزيه و تحليل شد. نتايج پژوهش حاكي از وجود ارتباط معني دار ميان تمامي متغيرهاي ويژگيهاي شخصيتي با رفتار توده وار بوده است. همچنين سرمايه گذاران با تيپ شخصيتي سازگار يا مطيع بيشتر تحت تاثير رفتار توده وار قرار مي گيرند.نتايج نشان داد دو متغير تجربه و دانش مالي نيز بر ارتباط بين تيپ هاي شخصيتي و عوامل انگيزشي با رفتار توده وار تاثير معناداري دارند.

One of the most challenging observations in the financial markets in recent years is the herd behavior and over-reaction of investors, resulting in irrational decisions. In the field of behavioral finance, the psychological characteristics of investors are known as one of the most important factors influencing investors' decisions and their herd behavior. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of personality traits and individual motivation on the tendency of investors' herd behavior with the moderating role of experience and financial knowledge in companies listed the Tehran Stock Exchange. The scope of the present study is April to September 2021. The statistical population of the present study was all investors in the Tehran Stock Exchange. Based on a simple random sampling method and according to Morgan table, the statistical sample size of 322 people is selected. A questionnaire instrument is used for collecting data. The variable of personality types are considered as consistent, aggressive and serious, and individual motivation variable, emotional factors, cognitive capability and social factors were considered based on Horney's theory. Data are analyzed using descriptive statistics indices and inferential analysis in the form of research hypotheses. The results show that there is a significant relationship between all variables of personality traits and herd behavior. Also, investors with adaptive or consistent personality types are more affected by herd behavior. The two variables of experience and financial knowledge have a significant effect on the relationship between personality types and motivational factors with herd behavior.
