در ﺟﻬﺎن در ﺣﺎل ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ اﻣﺮوز، ﻣﺮدم ﺑﺮاي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﻮﻓﻖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ روزﻣﺮه ﺑﻪ اﺑﺰار ﺟﺪﯾﺪي ﻧﯿﺎز دارﻧﺪ، آن ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻓﺸﺎرﻫﺎ و ﺧﻮاﺳﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺟﺪﯾﺪي روﺑﺮو ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ راﻫﺒﺮد و اﻟﮕﻮﻫﺎي ﺟﺪﯾﺪ ﺑﻮﻣﯽ ﻧﯿﺎز دارﻧﺪ و ﻣﻌﺮﻓـﯽ راﻫﺒﺮد ﯾﮏ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﮐﺎﻣﯿﺎب ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ در ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ واﻗﻊ ﮔﺮدد. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻫـﺪف ﻃﺮاﺣـﯽ و ﺗﺒﯿـﯿﻦ ﻣﺪل راﻫﺒﺮدي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﮐﺎﻣﯿﺎب، داده ﻫﺎ در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ اول از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن و ﻣﺮور ﻧﻈﺎﻣﻨﺪ ﺟﻤﻊآوري و در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ دوم ﺑﺎ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮا ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌـﻪ آﻣـﺎري در ﻣﺮﺣﻠـﻪ اول از ﻓـﺎز ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ، ﻣﻘﺎﻻت ﻧﺸﺮﯾﺎت ﻣﻌﺘﺒﺮ و 20 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ ﻣـﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ و ﻣـﺪﯾﺮان ارﺷـﺪ ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎن ﻣـﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ و ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰي ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ ﺑﻮده و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﮐﻤﯽ، ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨـﺎن ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎن ﻣـﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ و ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰي ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد آن ﻫﺎ ﺣﺪود 200 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮد و ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮐﻤﯽ از ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن 132 ﻧﻔـﺮ در ﻧﻈـﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ 60 ﮐﺪﺑﺎز، 20 ﮐﺪ ﻣﺤﻮري و 8 ﮐﺪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﺮاي رﺳـﯿﺪن ﺑـﻪ ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎن ﮐﺎﻣﯿﺎب ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ، ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻫﻤﻪ ي ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ از رواﯾﯽ ﻣﻄﻠﻮب ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﯿﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري در اﯾﺠﺎد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﮐﺎﻣﯿﺎب راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري وﺟﻮد دارد 0/05
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to design and explain the strategic model of a prosperity organization. Due to the fact that first qualitative data is collected through study and interviews with experts, in the first stage, it is collected through interviews with experts and data obtained from systematic review, and in the second stage. A questionnaire related to the content analysis method was evaluated. The statistical population was formed in the first stage of the cognition phase, articles published in the most prestigious journals and 20 academic management experts and senior managers of the Management and Planning Organization. Quantitative statistical population, including all employees of the Management and Planning Organization, whose number is about 200 people. Then, to determine the quantitative sample, Morgan sample size estimation table was used and based on the information in the table, the required sample size of 132 people was considered. The results showed that 60 open codes, 20 central codes and 8 selected codes are effective to achieve a successful organization, also all factors have the desired validity. There is a significant relationship between structural factors in creating a successful organization (p <0.05). D). The goals of the organization have a mediating role in the relationship between the structure of the organization and the creation of a successful organization (t = 4.51). E) The goals of the organization have a mediating role in the relationship between the environment of the organization and the creation of a successful organization (t = 5.53). F) The goals of the organization do not mediating role in the relationship between the Factors related to individuals and the creation of a prosperity organization.
