A Systematic Analysis of Favorable Economic Culture in a Resistance Economy (Implications for the Seventh Development Plan)

اقتصاد مقاومتي به دنبال افزايش قدرت اقتصادي كشور مي‌باشد. مسئله اصلي در اين تحقيق آن است كه سيستم فرهنگ اقتصادي مطلوب در اقتصاد مقاومتي از چه سازوكارهايي برخوردار است؟ فرضيه پژوهش گوياي اين است كه فرهنگ اقتصاد مطلوب ظرفيت آن را دارد كه بتواند زمينه تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتي را فراهم سازد. به‌منظور اثبات اين فرضيه با استفاده از روش سيستمي ضمن تبيين مولفه‌هاي اقتصاد عمومي و فرهنگ اقتصادي مطلوب در اقتصاد مقاومتي، به تبيين راهبردهاي فرهنگ‌سازي اقتصادي و مكانيسم سيستمي، اثرگذاري اين مؤلفه‌ها بر تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتي پرداخته شد. شواهد نظري و عملي حاكي از آن است كه اين فرهنگ منجر به هم‌افزايي رشد پويا و غيرشكننده، عدالت و حاكميت ارزش‌هاي اسلامي مي‌شود و از اين رهگذر به افزايش درجه مقاومت اقتصادي كشور كمك مي‌نمايد.

The resistance economy seeks to increase the country's economic power. The main issue of the research follows as: what mechanisms does the system of optimal economic culture have in a resistance economy? The research hypothesis indicates that the culture of a favorable economy has the capacity to provide the ground for the realization of a resistance economy. In order to prove this hypothesis, using the systematic method, while explaining the components of public economy and the desired economic culture in the resistance economy, the economic culture-building strategies and systemic mechanism, the effect of these components on the realization of the resistance economy were explained. Theoretical and practical evidence suggests that this culture leads to the enhancement of dynamic and unbreakable growth, justice and the rule of Islamic values, and thus helps to increase the degree of economic resistance of the country.
