Optimization of political power, strategy to achieve the current situation of the Islamic State, Emphasizing the statements of the Supreme Leader(Shadow and persistent )

درحال حاضر بين وضعيت موجود و مطلوب تمدن اسلامي شكافي است كه متفكران، رهبران و كنشگران سياسي را برآن داشته است تا تمامي تلاش خود را براي ايجاد تمدن نوين اسلامي و دولت‌سازي لازمه آنكه در بيانيه گام ترسيم شده است به‌كار گيرند. براي دستيابي به اين مهم راهبردهاي متعددي ممكن است به‌كار گرفته شود. اين پژوهش تلاشي است براي پاسخ دادن به اين پرسش: چه راهبردي مي‌تواند سريع‌تر، وضع موجود دولت اسلامي را به وضع مطلوب نزديك سازد؟ و آزمون اين ادعا كه با اتخاذ راهبرد بهينه‌سازي توان سياسي فرصت‌هايي در اختيار قرار مي‌گيرد كه مي‌تواند نيل به وضعيت مطلوب را تسريع نمايد.اين پژوهش به روش سوات (swot) انجام شده و يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد بهينه‌سازي توان سياسي ناشي از بكارگيري مجموعه‌اي از توانمندي‌هاي بومي مي‌تواند شرايط دگرگوني وضع موجود و دستيابي به بسترهاي دولت‌سازي مطلوب اسلامي را فراهم آورد.

At present, there is a gap between the current and the desired state of Islamic civilization, which has led thinkers, leaders and political activists to make every effort to create a new Islamic civilization and the necessary state-building outlined in the Step Statement. Numerous strategies may be used to achieve this. This study is an attempt to answer the question: What strategy can bring the current situation of the Islamic State closer to the desired situation more quickly? an‎d test the claim that by adopting a strategy of optimizing political power, opportunities are provided that can accelerate the achievement of the desired situation. This research has been done by swat method and the research findings show that the optimization of political power resulting from the use of a set of indigenous capabilities can provide the conditions for changing the status quo and achieving the desired Islamic state-building context.
