چكيده فارسي :
شخصيت اخلاقي يكي از سازه‌هاي مهم و تأثيرگذار در شكل‌گيري شخصيت از نظر اسلام است. هرچند در روان‌شناسي، مقولۀ اخلاق از منظر رشد يا قضاوت اخلاقي بررسي شده، ولي به موضوع شخصيت اخلاقي كمتر پرداخته شده است. پژوهش حاضر، ضمن مقايسۀ شخصيت اخلاقي از نظر اسلام و روان‌شناسي، به كشف سازه‌هاي شخصيت اخلاقي در متون اسلامي پرداخته است. روش پژوهش، كيفي و از نوع تحليل مضامين است كه مضامين پايه، سازمان‌دهنده و فراگير با جستجوي ويژگي‌هاي اخلاقي انسان در آيات و روايات مرتبط از متون اسلامي كشف شد. يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد مضمون فراگير شخصيت اخلاقي شامل چهار مضمون سازمان‌دهندۀ يقين، صبر، عدل و جهاد است كه هريك از اين مضامين سازمان‌دهنده شامل چهار مضمون پايه مي‌باشد؛ مضمون يقين شامل حقيقت‌پذيري، توكل، تفويض‌پذيري و تقديرپذيري است. مضمون صبر شامل حوصله‌ورزي، زهد، احتياط و دقت و مراقبت است. مضمون عدل شامل انصاف، ميانه‌روي، صداقت و وفاداري است و مضمون جهاد شامل مقابله با شهوات، مهار خشم، شهامت و تلاش در مسير الهي است. نتايج پژوهش حاضر مي‌تواند براي ساخت پرسش‌نامۀ شخصيت اخلاقي و سنجش آن و ارائۀ برنامه براي ارتقاي صفات اخلاقي در شخصيت انسان مؤثر باشد.
چكيده لاتين :
Moral personality is one of the important and influential structures in the formation of personality according to Islam. Although ethics has been discussed in psychology from the perspective of growth or moral judgment, less attention has been paid to moral personality. The present study, while comparing moral personality from the perspectives of Islam and psychology, has explored the structures of moral personality in Islamic texts. The method of qualitative research with the analysis of themes was used. By searching for human moral characteristics in related verses and hadiths, basic, organizing, and comprehensive themes were discovered from Islamic texts. Findings showed that the comprehensive theme of moral personality includes four organizing themes of certainty, patience, justice, and jihad, and each of these organizing themes includes four basic themes. The theme of certainty includes accepting reality, trust, surrender, and submission. The theme of patience includes forbearance, asceticism, caution, accuracy, and care. The theme of justice includes impartiality, moderation, honesty, and loyalty, and the theme of jihad includes confronting lusts, controlling anger, courage, and striving in the divine path. The results of the present study can be effective for constructing a moral personality questionnaire and measuring it and providing a program to promote moral qualities in human personality
