بررسي اثر تورم بر فقر با استفاده از مدل اقتصاد سنجي و ديدگاههاي قرآن كريم

Investigation of the inflation's effect on poverty using econometric model and views of the Holy Quran

يكي از بنيادي ترين مشكلات اقتصادي در ايران، موضوعي به نام تورم و اثرات نامساعد آن بر جامعه است. پژوهشهاي انجام شده اين موضوع را از جنبه هاي گوناگون مورد بررسي قرار داده اند. يكي از اين موارد بررسي تاثير تورم برفقر مي باشد .تورم با تغيير سطح عمومي قيمتها، بر فقر تاثير گذاشته و شاخص فقر را در وضعيت بدتري قرار ميدهد. اين پژوهش تلاش ميكند تا ديدگاه قرآن كريم را در رابطه با فقر و تورم بيان نموده و جايگاه اين دو پديده را در مقايسه با ساير مواردي كه خداوند متعال ،انسان را از انجام آنها منع فرموده است مشخص نمايد. در همين رابطه ابتدا با استفاده از داده هاي سري زماني از سال 1368 تا 1399 و تكنيكهاي اقتصاد سنجي تاثير تورم را بر خط فقر نسبي بعنوان هدف اصلي پژوهش مورد بررسي قرار داده و نتايج بدست آمده را بيان نموده ايم . همچنين دادهاي ضريب جيني ، رشد درآمد ملي ، نرخ بيكاري و نرخ ارز نيز در بازه زماني مذكور بعنوان متغيرهاي كمكي در مدل قرار داده شده و تاثير آنها را تحت عنوان اهداف فرعي پژوهش شرح داده ايم. در پايان پيشنهادات مرتبط ، با محوريت آيات قرآني ارائه گرديده است. اميد است اين پژوهش بتواند پنجره اي را به روي حقيقت بگشايد.

One of the most fundamental economic problems in Iran is an issue called inflation and its adverse effects on society. Research has examined this issue from various aspects. One of these cases is to study the effect of inflation on poverty. Inflation affects poverty by changing the general level of prices and puts the poverty index in a worse situation.This study tries to express the view of the Holy Quran on poverty and inflation and to determine the position of these two phenomena in comparison with other things that God has forbidden to human beings. In this regard, first, using time series data from 1368 to 1399 and econometric techniques, we have examined the effect of inflation on the relative poverty line as the main purpose of the study and stated the results.Also, Gini coefficient data, national income growth, unemployment rate and exchange rate in the mentioned period are included in the model as auxiliary variables and their impact is expressed as sub-objectives of the research. At the end, suggestions related to the centrality of Quranic verses are presented. It is hoped that this research will open a window to the truth.
