نقش صلاحيت‌هاي هوش هيجاني در اخلاق حرفه‌اي مدرّسان با تأكيد بر الگوي تركيبي دانيل گلمن‌

The role of emotional intelligence competencies in teachers' applied ethics from Gelman's point of view

يكي از راهكارهاي مناسب مواجهۀ معلمان و مدرّسان با چالش‌هاي گوناگون اخلاقي، افزايش صلاحيت‌هاي هوش هيجاني است كه سبب ارتقا و افزايش عملكرد مدرّسان در محيط آموزشي و تنظيم رفتار اخلاقيِ درون‌فردي و ارتباط بينِ‌فردي با فراگيران مي‌شود. پژوهش حاضر، به روش تحليلي، صلاحيت‌هاي هوش هيجاني در حوزۀ اخلاق حرفه‌اي مدرّسان را بررسي مي‌كند و با توجه به تحليل الگوي تركيبي «گلمن» و همچنين تأكيد بر عملكرد مدرّسين، به روش موازنۀ متفكرانه به ارائۀ راهكار مي‌پردازد. نتايج اين پژوهش ، حاكي از اين است كه صلاحيت‌هاي هوش هيجاني و ارتقاي آنها با افزايش هوش هيجاني مدرّسان، همگرايي و، بلكه رابطه‌اي مستقيم دارد و با افزايش ابعاد اين هوش، و ارائۀ راهكارهاي مناسب، مي‌توان هوش هيجاني را در ميان معلمان بهبود بخشيد. در نتيجه، شناخت مدرّسان از احساسات و هيجانات خود (درون فردي= خودآگاهي) و متعلّمان، همكاران علمي و فرهنگي و ديگر اقشار جامعه (بينِ‌فردي)، از نگاه اخلاقي و رواني بيشترين تأثير را بر مخاطب مي‌گذارد و به بهبود عملكرد حرفه‌‌اي آنها مي‌انجامد.

In teaching ethics, it is highly emphasized that teachers and instructors control and manage their feelings and emotions and pay attention to their feelings and emotions in their relations with teachers and learners in the educational environment and outside. But in this regard, there are many moral challenges facing teachers. One of the appropriate solutions to face various ethical challenges in this regard and increase the quality and effectiveness of education is to increase the emotional intelligence competencies of teachers and educators, which increases their performance in the educational environment and regulates interpersonal ethical behavior and interpersonal communication. It happens with learners. The present study analytically examines the competencies of emotional intelligence in the teaching profession. an‎d according to the analysis of the combined model "Gelm@n" and its application in the teaching profession, it is led to the conclusion that the competencies of emotional intelligence and their promotion with increasing emotional intelligence of teachers, has a kind of convergence and direct relationship. In a way that by increasing the dimensions of this intelligence, emotional intelligence among teachers can be improved.
