چكيده فارسي :
ﭼﮑﯿﺪه در ادﺑﯿﺎت ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ، ﻣﻘﺎﻻت زﯾﺎدي ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎري ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﺎﻻ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ را ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﮐﺮده اﻧﺪ. ﺑﺎ اﯾﻦ ﺣﺎل، ﻏﻔﻠﺖ از ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي واﺳﻂ در اﯾﻦ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻫﻤﭽﻨﺎن ﻣﺸﻬﻮد اﺳﺖ. از اﯾﻦ رو، ﻫﺪف ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﮐﺎوش ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﺳﺎزه ﻫﺎي ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﻣﺪاري، اﻧﻌﻄﺎف ﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن و ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ دوﺳﻮ ﺗﻮاﻧﯽ ﻧﻮآوري در راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺬﮐﻮر اﺳﺖ. ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎي ﮔﺮدآوري ﺷﺪه ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﮏ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد، ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار PLS اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﻧﻈﺮﺳﻨﺠﯽ از ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻋﺎﻣﻞ و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ 66 ﻫﺘﻞ ﺳﻪ ﺳﺘﺎره و ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان، ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎري ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﺎﻻ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﺮ ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﻣﺪاري، اﻧﻌﻄﺎف ﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ دوﺳﻮ ﺗﻮاﻧﯽ ﻧﻮآوري ﻧﻘﺶ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﯽ در ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ در ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﻫﺘﻞ داري اﯾﻔﺎ ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. در ﺣﻘﯿﻘﺖ، ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان اﺳﺘﺪﻻل ﻧﻤﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺳﺎزه ﻫﺎي ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﻣﺪاري، اﻧﻌﻄﺎف ﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ و دوﺳﻮ ﺗﻮاﻧﯽ ﻧﻮآوري؛ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﮔﺮﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎري ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﺎﻻ و ﻋﻤﻠﺮد ﻫﺘﻞ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ اﯾﻔﺎي ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
on organizational performance. Nevertheless, the neglect of the capacity of the mediating variables between this connection is still evident. So, the purpose of this study is to explore the mediating role of learning orientation, employee flexibility and organizational ambidexterity capabilities in the above relationship. The data were analyzed using standard questionnaires using PLS software. The results of a survey of CEO and HR managers of 66 three star hotels and higher in Tehran showed that HPWS with impact on learning orientation, human resource flexibility and organizational ambidexterity development, play a significant role in improving the performance of the studied companies in the hotel industry. In fact, it can be argued that constructs of organizational learning, human resource flexibility and organizational ambidexterity play a complete mediating role between HPWS and performance of the studied hotels
