چكيده فارسي :
ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي ﺳﺮﻓﺼﻞ رﺷﺘﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ در ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ارﺷﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ آﻣﻮزش و ﺗﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ آن از دﯾﺪﮔﺎه داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن و ﻓﺎرغاﻟﺘﺤﺼﯿﻼن ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ارﺷﺪ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ و روش، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري آن ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻫﻤﻪ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن در ﺣﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻞ و ﻓﺎرغ اﻟﺘﺤﺼﯿﻼن در رﺷﺘﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ واﺣﺪ رودﻫﻦ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﺎﻣﻌﻠﻮم و ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان ﺑﺮاي ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﺎﻣﻌﻠﻮم و ﺑﺎ ﺧﻄﺎي 0/05 ﺗﻌﺪاد 384 ﻧﻔﺮ، ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي دردﺳﺘﺮس اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻤﻊآوري دادهﻫﺎ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي ﺳﺮﻓﺼﻞ رﺷﺘﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از آزﻣﻮن آﻣﺎري t ﺗﮏﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪاي ﺑﺮاي ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻧﻤﺮات ﺷﺮﮐﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ و درﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﺑﺮاي رﺗﺒﻪﺑﻨﺪي از آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﯾﺪﻣﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ: ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻧﻤﺮات ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه در ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﮐﻤﺘﺮ از ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ اﺳﺖ و ﺷﺮﮐﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﮔﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﺧﯿﺮ را اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﻧﻤﻮدهاﻧﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، از دﯾﺪﮔﺎه داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن و ﻓﺎرغاﻟﺘﺤﺼﯿﻼن رﺷﺘﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ در ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ارﺷﺪ، ﺳﺮﻓﺼﻞﻫﺎي اﯾﻦ دوره در ﮐﻞ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ و ﺗﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺎزار ﮐﺎر ﻫﻤﺨﻮاﻧﯽ و اﺛﺮ ﺑﺨﺸﯽ ﻻزم را ﻧﺪارﻧﺪ و ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ ﺑﺎزﻧﮕﺮي اﺳﺎﺳﯽ دارﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the syllabus of educational management at master's level in terms of the quality of education and vocational suitability from the perspective of candidates and graduates. The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature and method. The statistical population included all students and graduates in the field of educational administration at Islamic Azad University, Roodehen Branch. Therefore, due to the unknown population size and based on the Cochran's formula for the unknown size, with an error of 0.05, 384 people were selected using the convenience sampling method. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the effectiveness of the educational administration syllabus. To analyze the data, single sample t-test was used to compare the mean scores of participants with the mean of the population. Finally, Friedman test was utilized for ranking. The results showed that the mean scores of the participants in the study were lower than the population mean and most participants chose the negative option. Therefore, according to the results from the perspective of candidates and graduates of educational administration at the master's program, the course topics in general and also in terms of educational quality and vocational suitability with the labor market are not effective and need to be reviewed.
