چكيده فارسي :
داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ در ﺧﻂ ﻣﻘﺪم ﻣﺒﺎرزه ﺑﺎ وﯾﺮوس ﮐﺮوﻧﺎ ﻗﺮار دارﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻫﻤﯿﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﻗﺮارﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ در ﻣﻌﺮض اﺳﺘﺮس ﮐﺮوﻧﺎ ﻧﯿﺰ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ آﻣﻮزش ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺘﺮس ﮐﺮوﻧﺎ در داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻧﯿﻤﻪ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻃﺮح ﭘﯿﺶ آزﻣﻮن-ﭘﺲ آزﻣﻮن ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﮥ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ واﺣﺪ ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﺗﻬﺮان ﮐﻪ در ﺳﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ 1400-1401 ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ 170 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻗﺮﻋﻪ ﮐﺸﯽ در دو ﮔﺮوه 85 ﻧﻔﺮي ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮔﺮوه ﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻦ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ 4 ﺟﻠﺴﻪ 90 دﻗﯿﻘﻪ اي ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت ﯾﮏ ﻣﺎه ﺗﺤﺖ آﻣﻮزش ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﻗﺮارﮔﺮﻓﺖ و ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل در اﯾﻦ ﻣﺪت آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻧﺪﯾﺪ و در ﻟﯿﺴﺖ اﻧﺘﻈﺎر ﺑﺮاي آﻣﻮزش ﻣﺎﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰارﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻓﺮم اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ و ﻣﻘﯿﺎس اﺳﺘﺮس ﮐﺮوﻧﺎ ﺑﻮد. داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ آزﻣﻮن ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎي اﺳﮑﻮﺋﺮ، ﺗﯽ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮐﻮوارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﺗﮏ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮي در ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار26-spss ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي آزﻣﻮن ﮐﺎي اﺳﮑﻮﺋﺮ و ﺗﯽ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ازﻧﻈﺮ ﺟﻨﺴﯿﺖ و ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺳﻨﯽ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻨﺪ )0/05 (. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ، ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي آزﻣﻮن ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮐﻮوارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﺗﮏ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮي ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ آﻣﻮزش ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ اﺳﺘﺮس ﮐﺮوﻧﺎ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﺷﺪ)0/05 ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ آﻣﻮزش ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺑﺮ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ اﺳﺘﺮس ﮐﺮوﻧﺎ در داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ، ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن ﺣﻮزه ﺳﻼﻣﺖ روان ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ از آﻣﻮزش ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺟﻬﺖ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﺸﮑﻼت ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﺷﯿﻮع وﯾﺮوس ﮐﺮوﻧﺎ در ﺑﯿﻦ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of communication skills training on COVID-19 stress in medical students of Islamic Azad University in the 2021-2022 academic years. This study was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest design and a control group. The research sample included 170 individuals who were selected by simple random sampling method and randomly placed into two groups of 85 namely experimental and control groups. The experimental group received the communication skills training but the control group did not receive any special intervention. The instrument was COVID-19 stress scale. The data were analyzed by running chi-square, independent t-test and univariate analysis of covariance in SPSS 26 software. The findings of chi-square and independent t-tests showed that the experimental and control groups did not significantly differ in terms of gender and mean age (P>0.05). Also, the results of univariate analysis of covariance indicated that communication skills training reduced COVID-19 stress in medical students (P<0.001). Findings demonstrated the effective role of communication skills training in reducing the stress of COVID-19 in medical students. Therefore, mental health professionals can rely on communication skills to reduce the problems related to Corona virus.
