چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﻣﺪل ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽﮔﺮي در اﻧﺘﻘﺎل ﺑﺎورﻫﺎي ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺑﻪ داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان ﻫﻨﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺎي ﭘﺴﺮاﻧﻪ ﮐﺎرداﻧﺶ اﺳﺘﺎن ﮔﯿﻼن ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ آﻣﯿﺨﺘﻪ اﮐﺘﺸﺎﻓﯽ ﺑﻮده و ﺑﺼﻮرت ﮐﯿﻔﯽ و ﮐﻤﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻈﺮ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ 34 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﻓﻨﯽ اداره آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش اﺳﺘﺎن ﮔﯿﻼن در ﺳﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ 1400- 1399 ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 20 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و دادهﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﺑﻮﻃﻪ ﺑﻪ وﺳﯿﻠﻪ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﺟﻤﻊآوري ﺷﺪ و ﺳﭙﺲ در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ از 251 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﻫﻨﺮآﻣﻮزان ﻫﻨﺮﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﮏ ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ﺗﻌﺪاد 148 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﻪ روش ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻤﻊ آوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﻪوﺳﯿﻠﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﺑﺼﻮرت ﮐﺪﮔﺬاري از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار )MaxQDA( و در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ ﺑﺼﻮرت ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار 2.0 Smart PLS( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽﮔﺮي ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎﯾﯽ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﺟﻨﺴﯿﺖ، ﺳﻦ، ﻣﺤﺘﻮي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، ﻣﺤﺘﻮي ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ و رﺷﺘﻪ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ در اﻧﺘﻘﺎل اﻟﮕﻮي ﺑﺎور ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺑﻪ داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﻣﻮﺛﺮ واﻗﻊ ﺷﻮﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در ﺟﻮاﻣﻊ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﻣﺤﺘﻮي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ درس ﺑﺮاي ﻓﺮد ﻣﻬﻢ اﺳﺖ. اﯾﺠﺎد و ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ارزشﻫﺎ، ﻧﮕﺮشﻫﺎ و رﻓﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﺎﻧﻪ ، ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﮐﻠﯽ ﺗﺤﺖ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزي ﮐﺴﺐ و ﮐﺎر، از ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي اﺻﻠﯽ روﯾﮑﺮد دوﻟﺖﻫﺎ در ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
This study aims to investigate the contextual factors in transmitting entrepreneurial beliefs to students at vocational schools in Guilan province. The research method was exploratory mixed-methods and examined the desired components qualitatively and quantitatively. The statistical population of the study in the qualitative section included 34 experts from the Bureau of Education 20 of whom were purposefully selected. The data were collected using semi-structured interviews. In the quantitative section, from the population of 251 principals and craftsmen, 148 were selected following Morgan’s Table and based on simple random sampling and responded to a questionnaire. To analyze the data in the qualitative section MaxQDA Software was used. In the quantitative section, structural equation modeling was employed through Smart PLS2.0. The findings of the study showed that mediating factors such as gender, age, social and entrepreneurial content, and field of study can be very effective in transmitting the entrepreneurial belief patterns to students. The results indicate that in entrepreneurial communities, the social content of the subject is important for individuals. Creating and strengthening entrepreneurial values, attitudes and behaviors, generally understood as business culture, is one of the main components of governments' approach to entrepreneurship development.
