The importance of the element of Equality of Opportunities in the Progress Model Document

سند الگوي پيشرفت بنا به فرمان مقام معظم رهبري، با مشاركت گسترده متفكران و صاحب‌نظران ايراني و براساس جهان‌بيني و اصول اسلامي، برطبق روش‌هاي علمي و مطالعه آينده پژوهانه طراحي شده است كه شامل پنج بخش مي‌باشد. اين سند داراي شاخص‌هاي راهبردي براي پيشرفت جامعه اسلامي ايراني و نيز همه جوامع اسلامي است. با توجه به بررسي امكان چگونگي برقراري عدالت مورد نظر سند در جامعه اسلامي ايراني، پژوهش حاضر درصدد بيان اين مطلب است كه مؤلفه «برابري فرصت‌ها» ميتواند به‌عنوان يكي از شاخص‌هاي قابل تأمل در ارتباط با اجراي عدالت اسلامي مطرح گردد. درواقع، هدف مقاله حاضر، تبيين اين مسئله است كه چه رابطه‌اي بين مؤلفه برابري فرصت‌ها و عدالت اسلامي در سند الگوي اسلامي ايراني پيشرفت مي‌تواند وجود داشته باشد؟ اين نوشتار درصدد تبيين اين فرضيه مي‌باشد كه بررسي سند مورد اشاره نشان مي‌دهد رابطه مستقيمي بين برابري فرصت‌ها و عدالت اسلامي وجود دارد و با پي‌ريزي فرصت‌هاي برابر در تمام عرصه‌هاي سياسي، فرهنگي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي ميتوان زمينه‌هاي گسترش عدالت اسلامي و سپس پيشرفت و توسعه اجتماعي را در جامعه فراهم آورد. درواقع مي‌توان گفت در صورت پياده شدن برابري فرصت‌ها به‌عنوان متغير مستقل، اجراي عدالت اسلامي موردنظر در سند الگوي پيشرفت تسهيل مي‌گردد. بر اين اساس در جهت تدوين اين مقاله از روش كتابخانه‌اي−توصيفي و روايي استفاده شده است.

This paper seeks to explain the hypothesis that the document cited indicates that there is a direct relationship between equality of opportunity and Islamic justice, and that the development of Islamic justice and then the development and development of Islamic justice can be pursued through equality of opportunity across all political, cultural, social and economic spheres. In fact, it can be said that if equality of opportunity is implemented as an independent variable, the implementation of the Islamic justice desired by the paradigm of progress will be achieved. Accordingly, this paper uses a library-descriptive and narrative approach.
