چكيده فارسي :
اﻣﺮوزه، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد اﺑﺰارﻫﺎي ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﻧﻈﯿﺮ ﻓﻨﺎوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت و اﯾﻨﺘﺮﻧﺖ ﺑﺮاي آﻣﻮزش ﻫﺎي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺷﺪت در ﺣﺎل ﮔﺴﺘﺮش اﺳﺖ. ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻄﺮح ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﻫﺎي ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي در ﻋﺼﺮ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. اﻣﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد و ﭘﺬﯾﺮش اﯾﻦ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺟﺎي ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻫﺎي ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺳﻨﺘﯽ از ﺳﻮي ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎ، در ﺣﺎل ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از اوﻟﻮﯾﺘﻬﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ راﺳﺘﺎ، ﻫﺪف از ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ »ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺳﻮاد دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎل و ﻧﻔﻮذ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ ﺑﺎ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻗﺘﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﺗﺪاوم آﻣﻮزش اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ در ﺷﻬﺮداري ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ 2ﺗﻬﺮان«، ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿ ﻖ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﺪل ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ ﺷﺪه اﻧﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ را ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﺷﻬﺮداري ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ دو ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان ﺑﺎﻟﻎ ﺑﺮ 130ﻧﻔﺮ ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ داده اﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس راﺑﻄﻪ ﮐﻮﮐﺮان، در ﯾﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ 100ﻧﻔﺮه ﺑﺎ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اي ﺣﺎوي 16ﺳﻮال ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻈﺮﺳﻨﺠﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﺮاي آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ ﻫﺎ از روش ﻣﺪل ﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري و ﺑﻪ ﺟﻬﺖ ﻋﺪم ﻧﺮﻣﺎل ﺑﻮدن داده ﻫﺎ، از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار smartPLSﻧﺴﺨﻪ 2ﺑﻬﺮه ﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺗﻤﺎم ﻓﺮﺿﯿﺎت ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﺻﻮرت ﮐﻪ ﺳﻮاد دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎل داراي اﺛﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﺑﺮ ﺗﺪاوم آﻣﻮزش اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 47 درﺻﺪ ، ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ داراي اﺛﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﺑﺮ ﺗﺪاوم آﻣﻮزش اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 49 درﺻﺪ و ﺗﺪاوم آﻣﻮزش اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ داراي اﺛﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 86درﺻﺪ ، ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد اﺳﺎﺳﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺑﺮﮔﺰاري ﺟﻠﺴﺎت آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ و آﺷﻨﺎ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻦ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﺎ وﯾﮋﮔ ﯽ ﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزش اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ و ﻣﺰاﯾﺎي آن اﺳﺖ
چكيده لاتين :
Nowadays application of learning and teaching tools such as IT and Internet for teaching organizational personnel is being rapidly developed. Electronic learning is one of most prominent learning environments in Information Age but the effective factors on function and admission of these systems by organizational personnel compared with traditional learning systems are the priority to be researched.
In this regard, this research is intended “to survey the effect of organizational support and digital literacy on electronic learning performance considering mediator role electronic teaching continuity”. The theories of this research peruse the effect of Digital Literacy, Effort, function, organizational support expectations on intent of electronic teaching continuity and occupational function. Statistical society of this research consists of Municipal Workers in Tehran, Dist. 2 which 100 persons were surveyed in one sample via questionnaire consisting 16 questions. In this test, the theories were utilized by structural equation model (SEM) via smartPLS software Version 2.
The results indicate that all hypothesizes approved and : digital literacy of the surveyed personnel having positive effect on their function equal to 47%; organizational support having positive effect on electronic teaching continuity for 49% and on electronic teaching continuity on electronic learning performance is positive and equal to 86%. A basic offer to the organization of training sessions and familiarizing staff with the features of e-learning and its benefits.
