چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺮ ﭼﻨﺪ اﻣﺮوزه داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ در ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮﺧﺘﮕﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎﺻﻼﺣﯿﺖ و ﻓﺮﻫﯿﺨﺘﻪ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ وﻟﯽ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺖ ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ اﻣﺮ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻬﺪه اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ ﻣﺠﺮب و اﻋﻀﺎي ﻫﯿﺌﺖ ﻋﻠﻤﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻫﺎ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ و رﺗﺒﻪﺑﻨﺪي اﺑﻌﺎد و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ارﺗﻘﺎ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑﻬﺮهوري اﻋﻀﺎي ﻫﯿﺌﺖ ﻋﻠﻤﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﻬﺎي آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﺗﻬﺮان ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ . روش اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از ﻧﻈﺮ اﻫﺪاف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي، از ﻧﻈﺮ داده ﻫﺎ ﮐﻤﯽ و از ﻧﻈﺮ روش ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ-ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ي اﻋﻀﺎي ﻫﯿﺌﺖ ﻋﻠﻤﯽ و ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﮔﺮوﻫﻬﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﻬﺎي آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﺗﻬﺮان ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 4465 ﻧﻔﺮ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 353 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪ . اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺮاي رﺗﺒﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮ ﯾﺪﻣﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاي رواﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ از رواﯾﯽ ﺻﻮري و ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ از آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ.ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ ارزﺷﯽ و ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ.ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﮔﻔﺖ در ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎ، ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ رﻫﺒﺮي، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﻓﺮاد، وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي ﻓﺮدي، ارزﺷﯽ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﻓﺮد، وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺘﯽ، ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ داﺧﻠﯽ، ﺷﻐﻠﯽ -ﻓﺮدي، ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺧﺎرﺟﯽ، ارزﺷﯽ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺷﻐﻞ، ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ، ﺷﻐﻠﯽ-ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و اﺟﺮاﯾﯽ در رﺗﺒﻪﻫﺎي اول ﺗﺎ دوازدﻫﻢ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨ
چكيده لاتين :
Although universities today are one of the effective factors in educating qualified and educated graduates, but it must be admitted that this is more important responsibility of experienced professors and faculty members of universities. The main purpose of this study is to identify and rank the dimensions and components affecting the promotion of productivity management of faculty members of Islamic Azad universities in Tehran province. The method of this research is quantitative in terms of applied goals, quantitative in terms of data and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of all faculty members and managers of departments of Islamic Azad universities of Tehran province was 4465 people who were randomly selected with the help of Cochran's formula to 353 people. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Friedman test was used to rank the status of research variables. For validity of the questionnaire, face and content validity and reliability of the questionnaire were used by Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability. The results showed that the highest coefficient is related to the value dimension and the lowest coefficient is related to the management dimension. Said among the components, respectively leadership component, management of individuals, personal characteristics, value related to the individual, personality traits, internal factors, job-individual, external factors, value related to the job, communication, job-organizational and executives were ranked first to twelfth.
