چكيده فارسي :
اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﯿﺎن ﺳﺒﮏ رﻫﺒﺮي ﺗﺤﻮل آﻓــﺮﯾﻦ ﻣــﺪﯾﺮان ﺑــﺎ ﺗﻌﻬﺪﺳــﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در ﻣﺮاﮐــﺰ آﻣﻮزش ﻋﺎﻟﯽ ﺻﻮرت ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺖ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي، از ﻧﻈﺮ زﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﻘﻄﻌﯽ و از ﻧﻈــﺮ روش اﺟــﺮا ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﻣﺪﯾﺮان، رﺋﯿﺲ داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﻫــﺎ، ﻣﻌــﺎوﻧﯿﻦ، روﺳــﺎي ادرات و... داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ واﺣﺪ ﻋﻠﻮم و ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ، ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﺑﻮﻃﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ )260 ﻧﻔﺮ( ﺑﻮده، ﮐﻪ از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻮاﻣــﻊ ﻣﺘﻨــﺎﻫﯽ ﺑــﺮاي ﻣﺸــﺨﺺ ﮐﺮدن ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ )156 ﻧﻔﺮ(. ﭘﺲ از ﺟﻤــﻊ آوري ﭘﺮﺳﺸــﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫــﺎ ﺑــﺮاي ﺳــﻨﺠﺶ رواﯾــﯽ، از رواﯾــﯽ ﺻﻮري-ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ و ﺑﺮاي ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ از ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه و ﺑــﻪ ﻣﻨﻈــﻮر ﺗﺤﻠﯿــﻞ داده ﻫــﺎ و آزﻣــﻮن ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ ﻫﺎ از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار SPSS اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از دو ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳــﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷــﺪه ﺑﺮاي ﺳﺒﮏ رﻫﺒﺮي و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻌﻬﺪﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺖ. در ﺑﺨﺶ آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻــﯿﻔﯽ از ﺟــﺪاول ﻓﺮاواﻧﯽ و... اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه و در ﺑﺨﺶ آﻣﺎر اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ از آزﻣﻮﻧﻬﺎي ﮐﻮﻟﻤﻮﮔﺮوف- اﺳﻤﯿﺮﻧﻒ ﺟﻬﺖ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل ﺑﻮدن داده ﻫﺎ و از ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﯿﺎن ﻣﺘﻐﯿﯿﺮﻫﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺠﺰﯾــﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد از ﭼﻬﺎر ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد، ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ و ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﻣﯿﺎن ﺳﺒﮏ ﻫﺎي رﻫﺒﺮي ﺗﺤﻮل آﻓﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﺗﻌﻬﺪﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ وﺟﻮد دارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ در ﺑﺨﺶ رﺗﺒــﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي ﻣﺘﻐﯿﯿﺮﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد، ﻫﯿﭻ اوﻟﻮﯾﺘﯽ ﻣﯿﺎن ﻣﺘﻐﯿﯿﺮﻫﺎ وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻪ و ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﻣﯿﺎن آﻧﻬﺎ وﺟــﻮد ﻧــﺪارد. و متغيرهاي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﯾﮑﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮدارﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The ability to think strategically at multiple organizational levels is critical to leaders and managers. Specific work experiences can contribute to the development of an individual's strategic thinking ability. Therefore, the capacity of managers for strategic thinking is the key to a high level of performance.The purpose of this study was to design an effective model for the development of strategic thinking of human resource managers of the National Iranian Gas Company in terms of productivity and individual innovation. The present study was applied in terms of purpose, in terms of nature, survey and part of combined-exploratory research. The results indicate that senior management, individual factors, group factors, organizational factors and systemic factors affect the strategic thinking of the organization. Also, the analysis of statistical data proved that the use of strategic thinking on productivity in the implementation of organizational policies has a positive and significant relationship. The ISM technique was also used to conduct this research. Finally, after conducting research, the systemic approach is at the first level, which means that this index is the most influential element. At the last level is the senior management index, which means that this index is the most influential factor among the factors affecting the strategic thinking of human resources.
