بررسي رابطه مديريت سبز و عملكرد پايداري (عملكرد اقتصادي، عملكرد زيست محيطي و عملكرد اجتماعي): مورد مطالعه شركت هاي فعال در صنعت پتروشيمي

Investigating the relationship between green management and economic performance, (environmental performance and social performance): a study of active companies in petrochemical industries

مديريت سبز به‌ عنوان يك روش مديريتي مدرن در سازمان با ايجاد يك فضاي سياست‌گذاري صحيح، بر ورودي‌ها و خروجي‌هاي سازمان كنترل و استفاده از فناوري‌هاي سبز را توصيه مي‌كند. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي رابطه مديريت سبز و عملكرد اقتصادي، عملكرد زيست‌محيطي و عملكرد اجتماعي است. ازآنجاكه صنعت پتروشيمي به دليل خوراك مصرفي و محصول توليدي خود نوع بسيار خطرناكي از آلايندگي را ايجاد مي‌كند كه به‌سلامت انسان و بهداشت محيط‌زيست آسيب جدي مي‌زند روش پژوهش از نوع پيمايشي تحليلي مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل 16 شركت پتروشيمي استان خوزستان (شامل 374 نفر از مديران و سرپرستان) است كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 190 نفر از مديران، سرپرستان و كاركنان آن به روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌اي انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوري داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه استفاده گرديد كه پايايي آن با روش آلفا كرونباخ (0/88) و روش تركيبي و روايي آن با متوسط واريانس استخراج شده مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از روش تحليل ساختاري نشان داد مديريت سبز با عملكرد اقتصادي، عملكرد زيست‌محيطي و عملكرد اجتماعي ارتباط مثبت معناداري دارد و شدت ارتباط بين مديريت سبز با عملكرد زيست‌محيطي بيشتر از دو بعد ديگر عملكرد پايدار است.

Green management as a modern management method in the organization by creating a proper policy environment, recommends control and use of green technologies on the inputs and outputs of the organization. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between green management and economic performance, environmental performance and social performance. Because the petrochemical industry creates a very dangerous type of pollution due to its feed and product, which seriously harms human health and environmental health, the research method is analytical survey. The statistical population of the study includes 16 petrochemical companies in Khuzestan province. Using Cochran's formula, 190 managers, supervisors and employees were selected by stratified sampling. A questionnaire was used to collect data, the reliability of which was assessed by Cronbach's alpha method and the combined method and its validity was evaluated by the mean variance extracted. The results obtained using structural analysis method showed that green management has a significant positive relationship with economic performance, environmental performance and social performance and the intensity of the relationship between green management and environmental performance is more than the other two dimensions of sustainable performance.
